Great service. Notified of delivery window and delivered on time. Courteous courier who went above and beyond (asking where chips and slabs were to be carried to)-unexpected but extremely gratifying.

The driver 'ED 11' was great - arrived on time, started unloading the order (ten bags of topsoil) and did it all while chatting cheerily. Wish all deliveries were like this.

Alec at EDO3 was the best courier ever!!! he came into the office and completely wrapped a parcel together that had fell apart for me !! he never even questioned it just helped straight away. So kind and so nice and helpful best courier ever

Don't deliver
Order from Wickes not delivered. Delivery driver never knocked, was told he did but must have had the wrong property as I was watching and waiting. Poor customer service to resolve the issue. Was told it isn't CitySprints job to resolve the issue and to call the store.
