Delivery 'failed' because the guy in…
Delivery 'failed' because the guy in the white van rang the door bell and knocked ONCE, not allowing 30 seconds to get to the door before going and sitting in his van, I had missed a call as mobile upstairs while I was at the door, tried to call the number back and it was a recording saying I'd missed a call from city sprint.
The van then drove off. Called wicks who tried to contact them to return with what City sprint had said "driver was trying for 10 minutes, failed delivery". Absolutely disgusting and a lie.

I had 14 bags of gravel delivered but the lovely delivery guy, Ian took them all down my path to the back garden. What a great service!

Very good service
Very good service. The radiator was delivered before 9AM and because I have back problems the courier was more than happy to carry it into the lounge for me.
The courier was called Steve PA84 and I really appreciated him being so helpful

Most helpful drivers of any delivery company! I live on a street with no road access, up a flight of steps, and all the city sprint drivers are cheerful and happy to help carry deliveries to my property.

Excellent service from driver FAZ ref LD77-Faz…
The delivery driver FAZ ref LD77-Faz was very cheerful and helpful. He pulled up to be near my garage and then carried 6 bags of 20mm gravel inside. This was a great help as I will be 80 in a few months time. I will ask for him on my next delivery.
