Just had a delivery of garden materials for my garden, not a nice delivery driver left the delivery along the side entrance of my pathway blocking part of the walking area of my path didn't bother asking where I would like the heavy bags of stones and sharp sand put, which would have been better a little further around the back of my house, I couldn't lift the bags as they were far too heavy, left the two long pieces of boarding laying along my path outside my side door entrance, the boarding along with the bags of stones and bags of sharp sand created a trip hazard, I had to wait until my son came home from work before my delivery could be moved to the back of the house, I'm not happy with this service, and rate this experience as very poor

Gave a 4 hour window and still waiting , tracking the driver and went past twice now miles away. Called the centre in Rochester they said they don't know what he is doing.. said I was next delivery but lies .. the driver is still stopping at other drop offs . Do not use this company they don't care. Office said they will keep me updated, yeah I suppose they are supposed to say that , but never followed up.. stay away from these .

City Sprint has to be one of the most unreliable and difficult courier service I've come across, only to be outdone by ParcelForce. Their tracking sucks and their couriers don't deliver within the given ime slots.

I was originally due a delivery on 24/9/25. However, the courier didn't read my delivery instructions or else he would have seen that my buzzer is out of service. Therefore, I told him to enter the property via the 'trades' button. Instead, he decided to call me, which I was unable to answer due to being on the road. This resulted in my order being taken back.

I expected them to attempt to redeliver the following day but they did not.

After contacting Wickes and having them rearrange the delivery for today, Monday 29th, you can imagine my irritation when the same thing happened again, only this time the courier wasn't even within the delivery time frame given to me. Again, he didn't read the instructions, didn't attempt to enter the property and didn't take any notice of the delivery instructions to leave the parcel by my front door.

Gavin (MS43) was so helpful when we messed up with backing up a phone that he was to pick up. We couldn't be more grateful to him for going "above and beyond". A boost to our confidence in human nature!

This was my first time using City Sprint and Milen the delivery driver was excellent! Based solely on the experience with him, I will be using City Sprint again and again.

Staff like him are hard to come by, don’t let him go!

I rarely write reviews, but whenever I order anything from Wickes I always get the same CitySprint driver. Dave MS28. The guy is a legend, always friendly, delivering on time, the delivery is always in good condition, but the most valuable thing is that he goes out of his way to help. Legend.

I have no complaints at all. Gavin is our regular Driver and he is always very polite, and very hard working. At the moment he covers our morning route to The Brook, Maidstone Mags and Maidstone County Court, and he never lets us down, and is always very quick and very reliable.

Dave (ms28) was honestly the best and kindest delivery driver I've ever encountered. Dave very helpfully offered to carry all the items in the house, which was a huge help as I wouldn't of been able to do this by myself at all. Dave certainly went the extra mile by doing this as I was told it would be left outside which would have caused quite a few issues, since I couldn't have brought them. Dave was very friendly and had a wonderful chirpy disposition. Makes a huge difference from many other drivers I have met! A very big thank you to Dave! If only all drivers had such a good approach and attitude to their work. We need more Daves!
