Today we had our flooring delivered by Konrad (PE 32). Very kind and comunicative person. Outloaded full pallet manually and even refused from tips. Very satisfied with service provided.

Excellent delivery by Lee and Lesley, whom I've had before from city sprint. Very polite and courteous, nothing is too much trouble, will bring in the delivery and place it where required.

Excellent service from City Sprint
Lee and Lesley delivered 56 boxes of bathroom tiles from Wickes. They stacked them neatly in our garage.
They were both very helpful and friendly and I have no hesitation in awarding them a 5 star rating

Excellent customer service
Had a delivery today which was a big amount of plasterboard sheets. With me not being able to help lift into the house, the driver Lee offered to bring it in rather than me trying to struggle. I was extremely grateful of the service received and that definitely is the definition of going above and beyond customer service. Thank you very much 😊

Professional Delivery
This is the 2nd time that this courier (PE79) has delivered my 2 separate orders from Wickes.
On both occasions they have been very professional with my orders & ensuring all my products were delivered in a careful & considerate way. I made space for the deliveries & they followed my instructions especially when delivering paving slabs ensuring they were stacked neatly for me to pick them up easily.

Driver went the extra mile and a credit to City Sprint
Ten bags of sand were delivered by Lee & Lesley (PE79) today which was ordered from Wickes. I only wish that all delivery drivers were as friendly and helpful as Lee & Lesley. I’m recovering from recent hand surgery and although I could have carried the bags into my garage after delivery it would have been a struggle. I asked if the driver wouldn’t mind putting the bags in my garage and he was more than happy to do so. The driver was very friendly and very obliging and a great credit to City Sprint. Thank you for a first class service!
