Brad not only bothered to phone me to find my house ( a lot of couriers can't be bothered and give up ) but he then offloaded and placed 12 super heavy bags of wood chip inside my garden gate . With a smile ! Amazing ( rarely seen these days ) service . Thank you to Brad.

As advised upon purchase, CitySprint sent a text notification the evening before to advise of the 4 hour time slot for delivery. On the morning of the delivery I received a notification to say the delivery was on its way. The delivery driver (John A) called me as my builders were not there yet. The driver agreed to wait whilst I made my way. John A the driver was GREAT, he was so understanding, polite & friendly a credit to the company.

My excellent City Sprint driver
My City Sprint driver, John A, from Plymouth Service Centre was amazing! He was friendly, considerate and professional. He very kindly carried all 26 of the wooden timbers I had ordered inside my garage and placed them in a neat and tidy pile for me. I can't praise him enough, as I was not expecting such an excellent service. Thank you John, he is a credit to City Sprint.

Very rude delivery driver
I’ve just received a delivery from a very uncooperative and very unpleasant delivery driver who literally shouted at me. I mentioned to him that I was in fact a customer which seemed to make him even angrier, so much so he got back out of his van and walked towards me still shouting at me. I mean wow! Absolutely disgusting!

It was a pleasure to meet Elena today when she brought my prescription. I was also, so grateful that she called me before she arrived, as it does take me a while to get to the front door. So all was well, I felt she was efficient at her job, and understanding of people with an age problem, or a disability. Well done too, to CitySprint!
