Just had a wickes delivery in Swindon by Citysprint, had a few over the last couple of years, as always this one was perfect, the driver was really nice, polite and very helpful, this has to be one of if THE best couriers in the uk

Delivery driver Karl Davis has delivered many times my Wicks wood orders. He is always curious and helpful. Excellent service ! .His route is SW84 . Pewsey Wiltshire.

Needed time sensitive documents couriered, they completely botched it. They dont answer phones, their online agents arent availible, they dont respond to emails. An absolute wreck of a service. You'll do better with another company. Incompetent.

Karl delivered our paving slabs without any fuss. He was courteous and helpful in stacking them where we wanted them. Five stars!!

Appalling customer service, stayed in to wait for a delivery which didn't come. The tracking app stopped working which rang alarm bells and when I called to enquire, they had so say pulled the driver off the job. Why they couldn't have communicated that, I don't know. Avoid this company...like the plague!

There is no point including contact details on your order because they don't use them, even when the driver cannot find the customer he will just abandon your delivery and hope you eventually find it. Turns out my £1300 delivery got dumped in an open garage, damaging the vehicle inside and then the delivery was stolen. Unbelievably the customer is to blame and they have flatly refused to take any responsibility but want to talk about the minor damage to the vehicle in the garage. They have obviously had a conversation in the office where they know they are at fault but think that they can get away with the lesser cost of the car damage rather then the lost materials that cost 10x as much. Absolute clowns.

Excellent service. Karl was very helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble. He carried everything for me, including 3 heavy sleepers and took them into the side ally for me. All done with care and a smile. Thank you Karl 😊

I have had four deliveries by CitySprint of purchases from Wickes, Cirencester. Both CitySprint and Wickes have been consistently excellent. Delivery driver Karl Davies made the last delivery. As on his first visit, he could not have been more helpful. 20 heavy bags of manure carried to exactly the requested spot. Very pleasant, very efficient. Well done Karl, well done CitySprint, well done Wickes.
