Liars and Scam!
I placed an order, and my order hasn't been shipped yet, they claim to ship all orders within 24hrs, in regards to my order which was placed on the 15th Dec, it still hasn't been shipped, this is very bad service they provide, they don't ship my order within the 24hr window either, I decided to buy from elsewhere and cancel my order with these time wasters, again they're unacceptable.

First of all the price of the watch I purchased on CityWatches.ie website came in cheaper than on the manufacturers website. Then a few queries that I had were answered promptly and efficiently and without drama. I've got no qualms recommending CityWatches.ie to anyone for their purchases.

Sent the wrong watch
The company sent me the incorrect watch due to a technical issue on their end. Once I contacted them about the issue they tried to initially convince me that this was the watch I had in fact ordered. Once I showed the correct watch and explained this is what I expected they stated the technical error. They have made no effort to correct this issue. I’m not sure how I could recommend such a company to anyone when they seemingly bait and switch customers like this.
Edit: in response to Sophie. The refund was partial 15%. You also initially tried to refund 5% and later 10% before agreeing to 15%. Even then you still sent 10% hoping I wouldn’t notice and I had to argue further to get the correct refund.
Basically you can’t even refund people right. You are a disingenuous company that people would be wise to avoid.

Company from Singapore
I ordered orient ray 2 watches from this company. First, website looks scammy because they say that ray 2 has a 54% discount and costs 230 euro (was 400+) which is a lie.
Second, nowhere it is said this company is from singapore. They present themselves as Irish based.
I cancelled the order and got return, thats why changing my review from 1 to 3.
They operate similar websites with different domains, french one being 2.7 review rating with 84 reviews.

I ordered an Orient Bambino in late Jan, thinking this was an Irish site. When I checked back a few days later, I realised it wasn't an Irish, so was a bit concerned, but, after a long ish trip around the world, my watch finally arrived today, and it's great. No issues. No problems. I was in touch with citywaches a few times re the shipping issues, and they responded in time, and we're very helpful. The issue was customs and DHL. All good. I have to recommend them. If you're looking for an affordable watch.

I am not sure why the rate is below 4*…
I am not sure why the rate is below 4* for this company. I'm completely happy with my purchase. Order was placed Dec 5 and the DHL delivered on Dec 14. Was a bit confused that the shipping was from Singapore, but communication with the Tracking ID was in a timely manner. When ordering was not sure if the Seiko watches I ordered were genuine and original quality due to a very nice discount. The watches came in a nice package, with instructions and a service guarantee card inside the box. Also was lucky I guess to avoid the additional VAT.
Overall, I'd order another watch from them.

Fake watches...don't waste your money!
Selling fake watches from Singapore and making it look like they're an Irish company. How are they not being put out of business by trading standards? I purchased a watch last Christmas for my dad which has not worked properly since he got it. He didn't tell me this for some time however so was too late to return. He brought it to a local jewellers who sent it to the Seiko dealer only for it to be returned to them as wasn't a genuine Seiko watch. I've since contacted them regarding this only to be fobbed off with the offer of a $15 refund for a repair or for me to return the watch to them for repair which would take 3 to 6 months!! Their own websites are obviously full of reviews as fake as their watches. Only wish I'd seen the trust pilot reviews first. Avoid at all costs.

Complete False Advertisement
Watch not in stock after receiving confirmation that the sale went through for a 600 euro watch reduced to 250 euros, then I was told to pick a replacement model. It seems this is a ploy to sell cheaper watches, the replacement watch was 220, but was 130 in other shops. There is no offer of a refund, be careful with these, this seems to be a common occurrence. P.S. shipping and delivery times are weeks off, they must be coming from China, not the 2-4 days delivery that they have advertised.
I edit this after their response below. I didn't get any 2-4 day delivery. I disputed the payment weeks ago with my bank and they cancelled the order. These guys saying 2-4 days is more lies, there was nothing to deliver in the end 😆 this response was picked out of the sky weeks later. ...Beware of these!
