You found a claim that I was unaware of and was able to get some money back into my account. As yet the money has not came through though.
Edit-Claim came through about a week after doing review. Really happy with the outcome.

Wasn’t expecting to get anything back at first, when they messaged me to say a few things they looked into had nothing to claim, then eventually, two to three months later, l received great news that one of the companies they looked into, agreed that l was overcharged nearly two grand, so that’s amazing, and will be much needed.
