I have been most impressed by the professionalism , thoroughness and efficiency of all members of staff. In particular, Alex, in sales, monitored the purchase of my rental flat throughout, and Christina, in property management, with her knowledge and close attention to detail, has enabled a seamless transfer between old and new landlords. The whole team is to be commended on its high standards of customer service.

Very friendly helpful staff, available when needed keeping me updated at all times during the process.

We have a Whatsapp group for all the leaseholders in the flats, this keeps us well connected and on top of things. We also have major work being carried out on our flats and our allocated member of staff is able to post updates to the whole group.

The best estate agent I ever come across. Everyone at Clarkes, Paul and his team - Christina, Rhiannon, Chloe and Alex - all extremely professional, experienced, very helpful and super friendly, nothing is ever to much trouble for them. We rented, then recently bought our property through Clarkes.
