They returned our calls promptly, kept us well informed and made the transition of selling and moving out as smooth as possible. We looked at other local estate agents who were rude, ignorant. My mother of 77 was a tenant for over four years with clarkes having no problem until given notice to end her tenancy .As we went to the office to speak about the trivial things they pick up on and wanted to my mum to pay out of her deposit £400 for all of the minor repairs .The staff member Christine who was find to be very rude and not very helpful and would not listen to anything we said .we felt we was banging our heads against the wall .It seem to me that they can take money without a good cause and you can't do anything about it .The law protects the letting shops and not the tenant so who ever moves in you have to understand that you can't do anything to the property as you will be bill for it at the end and you don't have a choice .So you will always as a tenant going to be out of pocket. If Christine treated us like humans and spoke to us and let us have a decent conversation and not one sided then things can be sorted out alot better for both parties .So in the end I will never let my mum go through this again or recommend your company to any one .I will tell people to stay away and never use you

We were able to arrange a property viewing at short notice with Rhiannon who not only was knowledgeable of the property we were shown around but also proactively followed up our viewing the next day, which none of the other estate agents did, which lead us to making an offer that day which Rhiannon progressed and secured the sale also the same day.
