I really enjoyed this course and learned some really useful tools to help me grow my confidence and help both my current and potential future clients.
I did find that some of the questions at the end of the modules weren't always clear.

Poor customer service, doesn’t deliver all your course materials, misleading emails.
Will rush you into buying a course package over the phone. Doesnt send you a payment invoice or a copy of the agreement you signed. Doesn’t deliver all the materials online that you paid for, I’ve received access to only ONE course since asking for a refund. Sends misleading emails saying the practical log book isn’t compulsory due to lockdown, then claims this was false information later into your course and doesn’t disclose all the required details surround thing course delivery and will communicate with you from several different emails and course providers. When you attempt to contact them, your emails bounce back saying you’re blocked. Refuses to refund you not even partially, even though they haven’t made an entire certificate, a few short courses and an ebook that is apparently included in the package, available to you. Any attempts made to resolve this, even contacting fair trading is met with unresponsiveness or just unwillingness to resolve the matter with you. Would not recommend signing up with them. Will steal your money and claim that they don’t refund services they don’t even deliver after their cooling off period which you wouldn’t know about because they never sent you the agreement in the first place.

Firstly we very much appreciate you taking the time to write a review, here at Clean Health Fitness Institute we welcome all of our students' feedback and utilise it to shape and grow our overall student experience. The only point we do have be clear around is that when our reviews are public it is appreciated that they are indeed factual. So while we appreciate your frustration with the current situation you find yourself in, we are going to address your statements with factual information with full intention to help you find a resolution to your problems.
1. We never "rush you" into buying a course or package over the phone, this transaction is not forced, and in no way possible without you personally electing to submit your payment information on your student enrolment form. Your course was not purchased in a face to face setting, and your consultation was carried out over the phone with us, where you had complete control over the decision to move forward or not. I think you would agree on reflection that we literally can not force you to do anything nor would we want to in any circumstance.
2. Part of your student enrolment form you select a box (that is a required field that will NOT let you proceed until checked) that is titled: "By ticking this box, you agree to the Clean Health Fitness Institute Terms & Conditions" This is the same form that you used to submit your payment details, thus we would not be able to proceed unless you opted into the the agreement, and personally inserted your payment details, of your own volition, as stated above, this transaction was not carried out in a face to face setting hence you had complete control over moving forward, or not...
3. "Doesn’t deliver all the materials you paid for" - We are a 100% online business, which is clear on our website, our course syllabus, and all additional marketing, and do not send out any physical items due to the ease of accessing everything you need on your digital learning management system.
4. "Sends misleading emails saying the practical log book isn’t compulsory due to lockdown, then claims this was false information later into your course" No email that we have ever sent has been misleading, in Australia the governing body for VET Education during the height of COVID-19 made an executive decision to wave log book hours in an effort to assist the industry and to attempt to support the overall student learning experience when we were faced with an unprecedented global pandemic, this was not a decision made / influenced by Clean Health in terms of activating or deactivating this decision, we just actioned it. During the COVID-19 Pandemic when gyms began to reopen, ASQA then withdrew their approval for the waving of log book hours and thus making them a requirement again. Again, this was not a decision made or influenced by Clean Health, or ANY other RTO in Australia.
5. "When you attempt to contact them, your emails bounce back saying you’re blocked" - We are a large Pty Ltd business, with a complete student support team, and an education team complete with in-house student assessors, we have never and would never 'blocked a student's email' our support email, and phone number are open to any and ALL students to communicate with us and are clearly marked on our website. You enrolled with us on the 25th of January at 5:49pm, you then proceeded on the 26th of January at 9:08pm to blocking US from sending you any emails by unsubscribing from all marketing, transactional and communication emails from our entire CRM system - We are happy to send you the record / log of your unsubscription.
6. " Refuses to refund " You purchased your program over a year ago , since the Certificate 3 enrolment (which is valid for 12 months - industry standard) has lapsed due to non completion, you have reached out for a refund.
7. "Any attempts made to resolve this, even contacting fair trading is met with unresponsiveness or just unwillingness to resolve the matter with you" - We are actively discussing the matter with fair trading and currently gathering over 12 months of evidence including engagement records to provide to Fair Trading, during this time we have been advised to conduct our communications directly with Fair Trading.
8. "claim that they don’t refund services they don’t even deliver after their cooling off period which you wouldn’t know about because they never sent you the agreement in the first place." - Again We can not "steal" your money. You willingly enrolled, provided your payment details and 'checked' that you read our terms and conditions, that clearly state a 7 day cooling off period for withdrawal. You have requested a refund 345 Days after your enrollment.
We are more than happy to work with you to find an adequate resolution, like extending your expiry date on your Certificate III by 3 months to aid in your completion among many other options here, so we do look forward to bringing this one to an agreed close.

Straight to the point and very practical.
Did some nutrition courses before where they just give you statistics and theory, but the connection to 'real life' is way of. The opposite of CHFI
