Hi Julia,
We are sorry to hear that your opinion was that it was a "waste of $" what we can see in our system is that for PNC1 - you have only completed 10% of the course (which is barely an introduction) and PNC2 you logged in and not even completed the first lesson -
What we do recommend is that you actually complete the courses and you will see the value of the information contained within these courses and your opinion will surely change just like all of our other happy graduates :)

Bad support experience
Bad support comunication, days to be replied back and I’ve finished the strength coach system level 1&2 wich is certain basics but still good, since I’m into lots of fitness courses, but still waiting for the certification that has to be sent to me, I feel like they took the money and forgot about it... Can’t really recommend Clean Health Institute before another formation institute and will not buy another course from them.

Firstly we wanted to take the time to reach out and apologise for your experience, just had a look into this for you and your certificate was generated and sent on the 9th of December 2020 only moments after you completed your Strength System International Certification Level 1 course (I have also re-sent this to you now via email) and in regards to Level 2 certificate this has not been issued yet as you still have two more sets of quizes to get through before sucessfully completing the course.

Good info; questionable quizzes
There is good information on Clean Health, no doubt. And the customer service is very good.
Unfortunately, i found that with two courses i did, neither had any CEUs or CECs attached to them, and some of the quiz questions didn't track from the learning material (ie didn't follow that component/module's information, or wasn't mentioned at all). From a teaching and learning standpoint, this is a bit disappointing. I noticed a few people make comments about this below the module quizzes too.

I have done 3 courses with Clean health. The set up is so easy to use! Access is fast from payment. The constant sales are epic! Highly recommend these courses :)
