Horrible claims process. Review stage for 30 days.
My car was in an accident on 07/17, full coverage insurance with Clearcover. Claim filed on 07/18. As of 08/16 my claim is still in Review stage - Clearcover still decides whether they will pay or not. I've been without a car for a month, Clearcover towed it to their lot and keeps it there. I prepaid in full a 6 months policy. Claims are handled by Littleton Group, which refuse to provide any timeline or deadline on when the Review stage will be completed. For last 9 days all calls to adjustor are routed to voicemail, no call back. Calling Clearcover support doesn't help, they just route you to Littleton Group adjustor. DO NOT buy insurance here. I have a very inexpensive car, less than $10k market value. So if they made my claim experience this difficult, you can imagine how much runaround you will get if you'll insure a more valuable vehicle with them.

Stay clear of Clearcover!
Same exact complaints as other reviewers. Stay away from this company! Customer service abysmal. Supposedly my card payment failed this month (which makes no sense) so Clearcover immediately snail-mailed me a cancellation notice. If I got that envelope one day later I'd have been out of town for work and had an uninsured car in my driveway. I called customer service and when I said I was going to cancel because of this they HUNG UP on me! For the past 2 days I've called and sat on hold for 10-15 minutes until an automated message asks me to leave a message. I've left messages twice and nobody calls me back.

Someone That Cared
I have been insured with Clearcover for just a little under two months. I was recently rear-ended by an impaired driver who then attempted to flee from the accident. It turned out that he was uninsured. Rodrigo was my claims specialist at Clearcover. He guided me through every step of the process during the claim. Being the first time I have had to make a claim with my own insurance company, I was a bit nervous. He kept me updated daily and was very friendly and understanding. He showed empathy and overall did an amazing job. Rodrigo is someone that went above and beyond to make sure I was made whole after the accident.

Easiest, bestest insurance ever!
My wife and I have never heard of Clearcover before but our buying experience with Carvana was so great that we decided to give the recommended Clearcover by Gabi a go. Boy are we glad we chose Clearcover! A driver hit us less than 10 days after our purchase and was not insured correctly and gave us an expired insurance policy. The car was not drivable and we were left with no transportation not to mention that I was left with lots of pain from the impact. Clearcover reached out immediately and took care of everything for us. This has been highly stressful situation for us, especially without transportation and 2 little children but our agent Rodrigo has been more than amazing and made this such a breeze for us. He was very communicative and took the time to answer the questions that we had. He responded so quickly and thoroughly. We are so impressed with Clearcover and will continue to use and recommend them to everyone.

Better than expected
I looked at all the 'major' company's and received ridiculous quotes! In less then 5 minutes on line, I received a great quote, great coverage and a reasonable down payment! No hiccups...no BS. Just reasonable insurance at a great price! Highly recommend!

Everyone was kind and helpful
Everyone was kind and helpful. It just seemed to take a few days longer than I, as well as others thought it would. It will be about 3 weeks from date of accident till I receive the final check. And I already bought my replacement car. Thanks to everyone.

Clearcover Ins are liars and thieves!
My policy was set to expire on 4/15/21. I paid on the 14th using my debit card and five days later Clearcover withdrew another payment from my checking account. I called them about the overcharge and the female associate told me that they would mail me a check, and it would arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Well that was a lie! The check never came! I've called back three times and got the rep. Jack twice and he said the same thing. Expect the check in 5 to 7 business days. Still no check! Clearcover just debited my account on the 15th of this month but still haven't reimbursed me for the overcharge! I'm cancelling my policy at the end of this month, filing a claim with my bank, and moving on from this fraudulent company!

Required Too Much Checking Up On Status
This claim was mishandled. I was forced to check the status of payments to me and to the shop repairing my vehicle. I do not know where the problems stemmed from but it could have been handled differently. I am pleased with ClearCover. After running into several issues, I was led to look for reviews on the Littleton Group. I do not understand how ClearCover, which has no complaints on file, continues to use the Littleton Group for
claims-processing.

Very happy I chose Clearcover
I was looking around for car insurance and came across Clearcover. It was very inexpensive and offered me the coverage I needed. Setting it up was super easy. I was finished and covered within 30 minutes. I downloaded the app so I can check on my account, make payments and always have my insurance card available for display when I need it. I'm pretty happy with my choice of Clearcover for auto insurance so far and hope to be with them indefinitely.

Switched from progressive to ClearCover. Monthly insurance cost dropped from $440 per month to $290 per month, a $150 savings per month. Highly recommend them.

They take your money and then check your credit and if you have poor credit the "great deal offer" goes out the window, they're just as lousy as the rest of the insurance companies!
