I initially bought an awning to attach to my camper van. I picked one and it arrived very quickly, can’t fault their service.
However, on my first outing either the awning, I realised that it wasn’t right for my van.
I contacted Clearcut, and they recommended an alternative which I was happy with, excellent communication.
As this was solely my fault I was quite happy to have an exchange, even though the replacement was much cheaper. However, they insisted on refunding the difference, and did so once I’d sent the first one back. You can’t fault there service in any way i believe. They will be my first choice if I need anything else for my van.

I had a issue with a tap which was close to being a year old Becky. Sorted me out another straight away.

I fitted my tap and it leaked I was advised this could be down to my pump being to high in pressure. With no quilbles I was advised on a better tap and I was happy to pay the extra for it.

Delivery was next day for all of the deliveries I was even called to say they had received my my return and ask how I wanted to proceed. Which was a lot quicker then emails.

New tap fitted, works and is a nice upgrade

What a brilliant company. I ordered a bespoke table top on Monday by phone and it arrived Wednesday morning. Exactly what I needed. Even received a phone call to make sure it was what I needed. I cannot fault their service!

Wanted a RIB seat/bed but decided to drive 4 hours instead of ordering online. The shop is amazing and the people are both kind and helpful. They were so flexible that they've given it a thought whether they can even fit the seat within the same day and they have managed. Bought also tables, matrices and swivels. (Mercedes Sprinter). Amazing quality!
