Clever card Is almost perfect only thing that would be better is being able to transfer money from one card to another but apart from that really good can add it to wallet and use every where

My colleagues and I received clever cards over 2 weeks ago. But unfortunately there is still no resolution to their 3rd party issue in sight. Only the same few lines being flogged to anyone enquiring. This should have been highlighted at the point of sale as it seems it had been an ongoing issue when we initially received them. Very poor. I’m hopeful it will be resolved at some stage, but it would be bad advice to suggest their use to anyone considering the risk.

Have been trying to access funds for 22 days now. Initially was told it would take a few days due to a third party technical issue, then told next week, then two weeks. It has now been three weeks and no communication or support. Not sure this is even legal. Starting to worry I'll never see my money. The issue is now causing financial difficulties for me and my family. Would absolutely not recommend any business to use this service.

Generally very good. A bit confusing when accessing the websites and a card.

If you get the through the citizens advice for paying electric water gas or shopping giant ft cards there great but if you want to by cigarettes or alcohol with your shopping forget it but definitely worth having if your struggling

I got a card from my employer for Christmas. I really need to access MY cash now but have been told there are issues with a third party provider. This is client monies and I should be able to access now. It’s not acceptable that you say it will take a couple of weeks to resolve this issue.
