There were a few transactions that I didn't recognise. The Perx team were great. A dispute case was opened and the transactions were refunded.

Quick and effective service
We needed to get a replacement card organised for a member of the team who had misplaced their's.
With the help of the agents we were able to get this resolved very quickly and very efficiently which we really appreciated.
Only thing I marked down was that sometimes the email chain would be broken off and we would receive a new email from an agent asking for information again, which was a little confusing to follow, especially the flow of the conversation.
