Great communication throughout and the work was carried out promptly after my initial enquiry. I was kept informed and everything was carried out on time. The team who carried out the work of removing an old back boiler and installing a new combi boiler and radiator were fantastic. They explained everything and completed the work to a very high standard in a day. I’m over the moon with everything.

Highly recommended to everyone who needs a boiler replacing urgently
Clever Energy Boiler have been absolutely brilliant in helping me to replace my old boiler- within 24 hours of my call, I had a new boiler installed! They listened to me, recognised that there was a disabled person living in my home, and quickly got the engineers in to ensure we had access to hot water and heating again!

Bought us in from the Cold
Where do I begin our aged boiler went bang a few months ago and the house has been geting colder and colder as time went by. So I put a request out for boiler quotes and got Clever Energy Boilers phone call. We discussed a boiler and what it was needed for. I informed him we needed finance That was no problem Russell arranged that not a worry. BUT here comes the surprise he said installation would be booked in on Monday !!! and this was friday. So a time was booked for 8 - 9am . The engineer turned up at 8.17 am - informing us we would be without water for 4 and a half hours and wow he was right. After the install showed me all the work he had done a great job and he cleaned up after himslf too. After showing the wife how things worked he left . We are blown away with the profesional job done and in such short time. Feel so happy that a big company could make you feel so special and give such a great service. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you All for great service.

From first contact via phone to fitting of the new boiler the process was seamless. James was very helpful via the phone call & video call. Job was booked for the 24/11/24.Darren and Chris arrived to fit the new boiler at 8:30 job was completed by 16:00 professional and friendly and very helpful. No issues whatsoever. Thanks

Absolutely fantastic company
Absolutely fantastic company everything when exceptionally well from start to finish. Great service from the office staff and brilliant engineer nothing was too much trouble. And at nearly £2000 cheeper then other like for like quotes an amazing price as well.
