I honestly wouldn't have even taken this jewellery free!! Already looked tarnished and grubby.
Have asked to return, so let's see how this goes. Annoyed as usually always check reviews first

Waited ages for item , and then it saids delivered but definitely not been delivered to my address and they dont respond to emails no phone number . Should of read the reviews first gonna contact my bank for fraud

Finally got them,but they are so cheap looking and the free ring l recieved went black on finger.
They are certainely a con job and send you lots of emails to make you feel everything is ok.
Then when asking to get a refund no good , opted to get 25% refund, not paid.
Best to advoid this buy.

Poor quality cheap looking items. Purchased for a birthday present but honestly I've just shipped them off to the recycling center. I would feel mortified handing it over as a gift. Overpriced - ladies avoid.

I would give them a zero but not an option. Such a run around. I purchased 2 mother daughter infinity rings which cost me 71.00 and when they finally arrived, late for Xmas, my daughter's finger turned colour after wearing for a couple of days. I contacted the company, upset by this and they tell me they can't come in contact with soap. So you can't wash your hands with your ring on?? They won't refund me, just replace but I have to ship them back for 'examination ' before they will do anything and I suspect that will mean nothing. This product came in nice packaging but is garbage. Don't waste your money. You can find beautiful rings that are sterling silver for less $$$ on Amazon.

Not Sterling Silver - feels very light and cheap, like plastic.
Requested a return and refund.
Advised they can do 25% refund or I pay for shipping to Australia - I didnt think they were an Australian Brand - I searched the address and it doesn't come up with their Company name. It seems very suspect to me. It seems like a scam and is a total waste of money!

Took ages to arrive, didn't realise it was coming from China. Arrived nothing like the pictures on the website.

Absolutely terrible experience. Bought a bracelet for my sisters Christmas present. It never arrived until January. Shipped from China but you need to return to Australia at your own cost if you want to return.

I bought this as a gift for my sister and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. Not only did it take ages to arrive, it looks absolutely nothing like the photos on the website.

None of the product is sterling silver – it actually has a tag on it that says stainless steel, which feels misleading given how the item is presented online. The pendant part looks cheap and mass-produced, almost like something you’d find in a Christmas cracker, and not a good one.

Overall, the necklace is poorly made and not at all worth the price, even though I bought it at half price. I won’t be giving this to my sister as a gift.

I would not recommend any products from this company.

Much like every other review, took ages to arrive, terrible quality, turns skin green and useless customer service. Will make sure to do due diligence in future as the jewellery was bought as gifts and I'm now left embarrassed and disappointed that my friends and family were given this piece of rubbish.

Same as everyone else has said - otdered big sis little sis. No poem card, looked cheap and tacky, one of them was tangled. Have tried to contact for refund, no response. Wished I’d seen the reviews first.

I would not give this 1 star at all, but would not let me write review unless I gave it 1. Took forever. Wanted for Christmas, arrived after. Wore ring one day and my finger turned black. They never answered most of my concerns. Do not buy from them. I will never order from them again. Awful. 0 stars here

Cheap lightweight bracelet, no sentiment card included so basically an expensive cheap looking bracelet

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I usually read reviews before ordering. On this occasion stupidly I didn’t. They do not upfront before purchase let you know the item is shipped from China. I ordered on the 9th December and yet to still receive and doubtful the item will be anything more than what you would find in a kinda egg having read all these reviews!!!! Avoid, avoid!!!!! Their customer service is useless and unsympathetic/satisfactory! I have asked for a refund and even paid shipping insurance! Both appears to be on deaf ears!

Tracking number takes you two different shipping companies both asking for all your data but dont look right then doesn't even give u the details still not here 22nd and by looks of reviews going to be awful anyway. I take this back the lady contacted me this morning with the delivery details that match my order

Having read the reviews whilst waiting way beyond what's acceptable ("next day shipment"?) I was clear this was not a wise purchase. Despite providing PayPal Resolution Centre with more than adequate information, they are not pursuing my case as seller shipment information had been provided. The item arrived and matches the quality the vast majority here found lacking. It will be going back. There is no return slip, no e-mail response as yet, but there is a UK returns address on the envelope, since described as their "logistics address" only! Really?
On requesting a refund subsequent to Paypal's refusal, "Linda" did then write providing only an Australian address for returns. This has been a pretty depressing experience and has completely put me off ordering anything from online pop-up advertising ever again, but I am now appealing Paypal's refusal which they have finally agreed fully in my favour.

Awful do not shop here. I purchased a necklace and it was not sterling silver it was disgusting then to be told I have to pay to return it to Australia. Please avoid this company at all costs! Absolutely disgusting

Took ages to arrive (from China which i didn’t know when I ordered it) and then what a total disappointment 😣 gutted! Like the cheapest metal ‘thing’ in a tiny plastic bag, cheap box, I could go on, not even the ‘big sis little sis’ poem card with it - total con DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! 😡
