Palm Beach Collectives took my order in…

Palm Beach Collectives took my order in November!! Still no merchandise. The worst! I did get an email about the hurricane, then bad shippers. I did email 2 more times to no answer. I just want my money back! Do not order from this company!!!

*AVOID* No Customer Service whatsoever

Tried emailing them about the order status for 3 days, initially gave them slack as they might be busy. Close to a week later, I still haven't even gotten any response. 0!
Be safe, just buy it directly from another vendor. They even removed the trust pilot rating from their site now.

Customer support is terrible

Customer support is terrible! I received a bad set of pedals and it took well over a month to get a return authorization and eventually a refund. It was over 2 weeks and multiple tries to connect with support to even get the first response. Not acceptable in anyway. No way will I ever buy from them again.

Ordered shoes over 2 weeks ago, was charged on the shoes and the order never came. I ordered with standard 3-5 day shipping. I shouldve read reviews before ordering. This company is a scam.

O stars would be better

O stars would be better, if allowed. Very poor customer service, even when linked with Amazon. Can’t call them due to “reorganization of lines.” I would never use this company again.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I bought more than US$800 with a promise to get the order delivered in 2 business days. It took more than 10 days when I was not in the same address anymore and now they want me to find on my own how to send it back to them (I live in another country!!)
Take extra care if you decide to buy from them, no customer service at all.

Ordered a Yeti cup

Ordered a Yeti cup, I ordered the small one as it was the only one in stock, requested 2 business day shipping. Received a confirmation but did not include a tracking number. Site also said that orders were being accepted by the next day in order to receive by Christmas. Just talked to customer service and they said, only the ones they have in stock would be there in time for Christmas and it's 5 - 7 business days to prepare the order once the item is in then it's 2 business days to ship. Terrible business platform. Will never order from them again.
Update: They charged my credit card and 3 weeks later, still have not received the order.

Horrible customer service

At the beginning of this week I purchased an expensive leg compression unit from Clever Training. It said ships in 1-2 days and will take two days to arrive. Today is Friday and I never received shipping confirmation. I called and spoke to a service person and said he would check on it and call or email me today. I never heard anything. This is my first and a LAST time I’m purchasing anything from this company. Terrible customer service.

DO NOT BUY HERE, SAVE YOURSELF A BIG HEADACHE. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD DO IT.
I bought a brand new "Favero Assioma Pedal Based Cycling Power Meter" but they sent me an used product.
The product inside is dusty and has dirt on it and is loose because someone cut the cable tie that attach the product to the box. Inside, the box is in poor condition and has also dust and dirt. How is that possible if it is supposed to be a brand new product.
It is evident that the product is not brand new.
I have sent 5 email to this "company" but a guy named WILL only replied to the first one with an evasive answer.
Initially I just want that they send me a brand new product. But they seem not to be interested in resolving the issue. Now I want a refund but they no answer. I reported them to BBB and the Federal Trade Commission.
I did a review in their website and they erased it. If you go there you just see excellent reviews. Of course, they erased the bad ones.
DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

Theft

Appalling service. NOT clever trading. Take no notice of the shipping details. Item will NOT be shipped within 2 business days. Emails chasing order will NOT be answered. Item will NOT be delivered. Feel free to order from these people if you want to throw money away. Clever Training get your act together. Stop taking money if you aren't going to send the item. This is called theft. Totally use less. Worse company I have ever ordered from.

They do not have the merchandise

They had 4 sleeping bags similar to the one I wanted in stock.
The delivery time was 2 businessdays.
I contacted them after 1 day, to make sure the order went through.
No response. The day after I tried again, No respons
Three days afterwards I tried again: This time on chat. Long responding time , as they were taking care of other customers at the same time.
Four days after I ordered the sleeping bag, I tried to chat again.
They said they needed to backorder the sleeping bag from the manufacture. I wanted to cancel the order which they did.
Wasted a lot of time and didn't get the merchandise

Went to this site after awful buying experience w powermeter24.com

Order my favero assioma duo and got it a week later via fedex shipping. No Drama and used DCRainmaker's coupon code to get 10% off the purchase price.

Заказы не отправляют!

19 мая сделала два заказа. На данный момент ни один из заказов не отправлен. Заявленный срок отправки постоянно увеличивается. Сейчас в очередной раз обещали, что отправят в конце следующей недели. Фактически это будет уже месяц!
Сделала по-глупости еще один заказ. Товар до сих пор значится - в продаже. Однако, мне пришло письмо, что товара нет. Без предложений об обмене вернули деньги на карту, кт не существует. Я о возврате не просила.
На вопросы не отвечают.. Вряд ли буду заказывать снова.
Ситуация неясная. Ранее нареканий к компании не было.
Обращаю внимание - я VIP-клиент и такое обращение с VIP-клиентом магазин считает нормой.
Проблема не решена до сих пор.
