Very poor customer service.

Pay your mural artist you scammers. Terrible company.

Pay your mural artist instead of spending money on lawyers to intimidate her. Horrible behaviour.

What a disgusting, money bleeding, vile company. Do what’s right, but we know you won’t, because big corpos lizards don’t care about actual people.

Avoid this company like the plague!!

Unprofessional small business who refuses to pay other small businesses for services they asked for. They would rather pay a lawyer than pay a small business artist who did a HUGE job for them, extremely well. They are gross individuals who only care about their own business and will rip you off first chance they get. Do not shop here they will rip you off. Many better local surfboard shops.

Pay the artist that did your mural. Not cool

This company doesn’t pay its employees properly. It hired an independent artist to create an advertising mural for them and promised to pay within 2 weeks. It’s been over 1 year and they still won’t pay.

Instead of paying her they’ve decided to spend money on getting a lawyer to intimidate her.

Why pay lawyers when you can pay the artists what you already owe?

They asked Hanna, a muralist to paint a mural for their company. They never paid her . It’s a year later and she still fighting to get paid. This company is dirty and wrong. They sent her a threatening letter and lawyers to try and scare her. That energy should be put into paying your artist!!!!

Incredibly immoral and unprofessional company to deal with. When you don’t pay contractors for work and make subpar surfboards. You are doing your brand and company a huge disservice. Fix it.

Terrible company that take advantage of creatives and models. Disrespectful, rude, arrogant.

Not paying an artist for their work is an AH move. Who would do business with someone like that

I wouldn’t trust a company that doesn’t treat artists like human beings. They mock and threaten employees once it’s time to pay them. They refused to pay a mural artist for a full year and made their models feel like they were worthless. No matter the job, every human being deserves to be treated with respect! At the very least, they deserve to be paid for the work they do.

Wonderfully attentive and accomodating during the sales pitch. But I was really shocked to find when the board arrived that it had just been thrown in a box with minimal care and no packaging. Of course, it got damaged in transit. And miraculously, all of a sudden Rusty are no longer friendly and contactable.

I really expected much better from a company that is so... visible. I've received many boards via shipping and usually they've always had the utmost care taken to protect them, so this was a.... Different.... Experience. It's tarnished the brand for me.

Good customer service and shipping was quick for the distance the board was traveling. Happy with my purchase and hope to order more soon.
