Finally a true productivity & personal tool combined! — game-changer for Android keyboard users

> I’ve used Clicks with the Moto Razr Ultra Plus, and it’s the best mobile productivity upgrade I’ve experienced — far beyond anything since my BlackBerry KEY2 days. It replaced two devices with one, letting me work faster and more accurately with a real physical keyboard.

The keyboard shortcuts are powerful:
• Ctrl + Enter to send in Gmail
• Ctrl + Z / Y for undo and redo
• Ctrl + C / X / V for copy, cut, and paste — all essential for real writing, editing, and fast navigation

I tried the iPhone version first but found the Android version far more intuitive to set up and use daily. That said, I hope the Android version eventually gets some of the iPhone’s advanced shortcut customization options, which were impressive even if harder to use.

The blue keyboard model I received had smoother key response and fewer disconnects than the black one — a noticeable difference. Setup does take a few steps (USB config, battery access, locking the app in the switcher), but once that’s done, it's solid. Support was responsive and helpful during my exchange request.

If you care about speed, input accuracy, and physical keyboard precision, Clicks for Android is the real deal.

Lasted 5 days!

I was very excited about my clicks keyboard for razr!

So excited and filled with blackberry nostalgia i pre ordered the blue (onyx) in March! I WAS SO EXCITED
I WAITED for MONTHS! Paid my balance in APRIL!

And after a few delays - hey who was sweating a few delays lets let that slide!

Received my clicks keyboard on the 1st of July! Woohoo! By the 6th of July! Please note the date - a whole 5 DAYS LATER!! The edges of the to cover started peeling! I was like what? the ?? I'm in Australia - this is a $160 AUD case for my Razr - and it lasted about 0.000001% of a $2 ebay case?? What? the??

Anyhow i though don't sweat it- contacted support with high confidence.

To be told "marks on your Clicks case are due to damage to the surface, which is considered standard wear and tear rather than fading paint. Unfortunately, cosmetic damage like this isn’t included in our warranty coverage."

Standard wear and tear - 5 days, in and out of my pocket, nothing in my pocket with the phone, so nothing it could have "rubbed" against. No Drops, no sliding around. Been treating it like it was glass hot out of the oven.

SUPPORT WAS RUBBISH!!!!

$160 AUD, 5 Days - DONT BUY IT - SAVE YOUR $$$$

Ordered May 10th... arrived August 6th.

Ordered May 10th, during the order it said expected ship date was May 27th. That date came and went, and my tracking was updated to say shipping June 2nd. They finally responded after several attempts for support and now say it will ship mid-July. I'm writing this July 5th, nearly 2 months after I have paid for the product. If it doesn't arrive mid-July I'm filing an official complaint with the BBB or something and having my card issue a chargeback for unfulfilled services. If it does arrive I'll update the review appropriately. I'm disappointed, Michael.

Update: It showed up finally today, August 6th. The plastics feel to be good quality, and the buttons feel good to type on. It was packaged well. I typed this part with the keyboard! I will not be adding any stars. I think 2 is generous for the overall experience. I'd recommend to anyone with a razr *if* shipping would be anything resembling a reasonable timeframe.

Michael, you need new Customer Service.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. Was given a tracking number that did not work. Emailed customer service about it and received an automated reply that they would respond in 3-4 days. Only heard back from them nearly 2 weeks later. During that time, the keyboard arrived. Customer service replies after those 2 weeks to inform me that my case has been delivered. Thanks Captain Obvious. Replied their email with a thanks for nothing and received a smug reply from their customer service support saying “we replied as promptly as possible … there’s no need to be rude, we’re here to help if you still require support”.

2 weeks later is not a prompt reply. I wouldn’t count on their support with this product if i even needed it seeing how so many of the reviews here echo the same sentiments about the customer support.

Wrong color keyboad, no customer support

they sent me wrong, color - and yeah its true. The keyboard looks and feels cheap. its sent out of china. I am waiting 10 days now, for the customer support to reply on my inquiry and there is none. I do not recommend. Stay away!

Be warned, false advertising, long delivery times and poor customer service.

Fake, false advertising, dishonourable typical American company. Michael Fisher and co, hang your head in shame.

Invested my own time and money into the Clicks keyboard as I missed my BlackBerry Q10. They advertised a 30 money back policy for us customers that were unsure if they really believed that this product would make typing enjoyable and make us more productive with short cuts.

My keyboard took a good while to arrive, however I was happy to wait in the hopes that the product would be worth my time to learn and thus the money to invest into it. Ultimately the product didn't deliver on making me more productive. I took longer to type out messages, confusingly had to often refer back to the touchscreen keyboard just to use emojis, had no MagSafe support, no data throughput and made my 15 Pro Max comically long in length and barely pocketable.

The real problems began when I wanted to exercise my rights and the 30 day money back return policy. I was told I needed to use tracked shipping and pay for it out of pocket which is unlike other similar companies that cover shipping and are just grateful you, the paying customer, took time to give them a chance and try out their product. I was also not refunded the full amount for what I paid for the product. Instead only, until I sent through emails to enquire the difference in my refund was I told, I was arbitrarily deducted £5 off my refund in the name of "fairness to other customers" when the product I sent in for a refund was looked after and in my view, perfect condition as it was sent to me.

Ultimately bottom line I was out of pocket by £12-£15 approx, all said and done. However, for me it is not about the money, but being deceived and mis-sold a product with poor reasoning given to deducting money off my return.

Frankly, I will never give this company a chance ever again. None of their products will garner any good favour or interest from me ever again and neither will I recommend them to anyone to take a gamble on. Congratulations Clickstech, to make short term profits, you lost a potential long term loyal customer and alienated him to the extent where you'll miss out on future customers as well.

A smart well run company would know the value of unpaid advertising. The best adverts you'll ever have are word of mouth and it costs you absolutely nothing. What else can be said of such companies run with an American mindset however?

Poor quality

The quality of this keyboard is disappointing. Several keycaps started fading and chipping within weeks — the printed letters and symbols on the top surface just don’t last.

Even worse, the customer service is practically nonexistent. You can email them, but they either don’t respond at all or take forever to reply. Don’t expect any real support if something goes wrong.

Ordering Beware Shifty Clicks Tech

I ordered a case in my phone I clicked a pro max link but was taken to a page where it defaulted to the pro but it wasn't obvious. I proceeded to make the order and realised immediately something was wrong. I was responded to by Christina who assured me because it had not shipped they can change it and made me double confirm which I did with a screenshot of my unopened phone. I received the pro still and when I reached out I was told I could exchange for a possible stocking fee and I was told to go online for the refund and so I clicked the link and it errored out and said my refund was denied before I had a chance to do anything so I emailed them again and now they won't even respond at all. I will get my money back from my credit card but this is a sign of a company that cannot manage and doesn't really care about it customers

Very Disappointed with Clicks.tech – Poor Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Clicks.tech. From the start, the service did not match what was promised. There was a lack of communication, unclear deliverables, and what seemed like a generic or poorly executed strategy. I tried reaching out to their support multiple times, but the responses were either slow or unhelpful.

Unfortunately, this experience felt more like a waste of time and money than an investment. I expected a professional, results-driven service, but instead received underwhelming performance and poor customer support.

I would caution others to thoroughly research and ask for clear deliverables and timelines before committing.

The power port breaks and customer service is incompetent

UPDATE. 6/16/25
With an unreasonable amount of followup and having to ship back the old unit and have it evaluated before they would do anything they agreed to replace my unit. That was 5 weeks ago. Even though they have a US address they ship replacements from Europe and all their interaction is from Europe which is why they only answer emails in the am.

They shippped it but forgot to pay the duty and DHL has been holding it thratening to ship it back for the past 2 weeks. I notified them and the confirmed they have to pay DHL but there it sits and DHL conitnues to say thay have not paid and Clicks support has just stopped responding to my emails

I love the concept, but the company does not provide customer service, and their response times are ridiculous. I received one for Christmas, and the power port died by February. They put me through hoops and hoops to confirm it. Finally, they agreed to replace it, and it took 3 weeks to get a replacement, with no correspondence from the company and bad order tracking tools. When I wrote to them, they just stopped responding.

Finally in late March I got the replacement but in the beginning of May I had the same problem with the new case - I wrote again and Kristina got right back to me and apologized for my having the same problem, promised a replacement and despite 3 more emails from me, no one has responded about the replacement she promised. Email is the only method of contact, even though they claim to have live chat, it is just AI that tells you to email.

Their customer service is beyond deplorable.

The product itself works fine

The product itself works fine, the case seems flimsy for the price point. My problem isn't with the product but the company itself. To begin with I ordered my clicks case for my iphone 16pro on 4/2/25. I didn't get it until 4/16/25. Not that big of a deal but when I placed the order it said my order would ship in 3 days. They didn't actually ship it until 4/8/25. When I reached out and asked when it would ship 4/4/25, they said my order hadn't been fulfilled yet and they would elevate my issue. Come monday morning on 4/7/25, they responded with this "Since your order was placed after our business hours on Friday, it was processed on the next business day, which is today. It has been processed at the correct rate and not late in concordance of our shipping in 1-2 business day timeline." I had already provided my order information, had they bothered to look at it, they would had seen that I placed my order on 4/2, not 4/4! I called them out on it and requested a cancellation. They said since my order was now "fulfilled" not shipped, that they couldn't cancel my order, and then they said they made a mistake and that it actually wouldn't ship out that day! Lol they got butt hurt and delayed my order. Petty company. Don't waste your money on them. I'm not gonna bother returning it, I'll sell it on the side as I'm sure they will delay or mess up my return somehow. Besides all that, the case makes my phone look like a satellite phone, an absolute unit of a case! Not the greatest. One more issue, if you look on their website, all the reviews are 5 star reviews, they have like 7 pages of it. But there’s no place to leave a review on their website. I asked where I could leave a review and they just say on their website…major red flag!

I absolutely LOVE my Clicks

I absolutely LOVE my Clicks! As a former BlackBerry user, the idea of having physical keys again got me super excited. After just a week of practice, I was typing faster than I ever did by tapping on my iPhone screen.

I use a 16 Pro Max, so at first the size felt a bit intimidating—but like any new gadget, a few days (plus some compliments!) were all it took to get comfortable. It fits perfectly in my pockets, tote bag, sling bag—you name it—and it’s even TSA-approved! (lol).

Bonus: Once you master the shortcuts, you’ll be totally obsessed. It supports multiple languages, making posting on social media even more fun!

They stated the package was delivered…

They stated the package was delivered when in fact it was never delivered to my mailbox and I live in the U.S. Had I known they were shipping this out of China, I would have taken my chances with Temu as they’ve NEVER lost a package of mine. I even went to USPS to ask them what happened to my package because my mailbox cluster has a label I created with my name and address to prevent my packages from going missing or being misplaced in other people’s mailboxes.

I even had shipping insurance on this package in the event it got lost. The only solution given was 30% compensation as a refund instead of a full refund I requested as the carrier is the one who didn’t deliver the package to the intended location. They are claiming the package must have been stolen but how is that possible if the carrier locked the cluster and no one has access to my mailbox AND I had mail in there and other packages that I received just fine and collected.

I’ve never had any carrier not follow the address provided and not deliver the package to the correct address but they are insisting it was delivered when I waited by my mailbox cluster for the package for days. I told them keep that measly 30% compensation which only comes out $10.55 after you include the shipping costs and insurance fees that was charged for the product when I originally paid $35. Other red flag is that you communicate with bots only, no actual real person that cares about customers.

If they actually cared about customers, provide a real person since you guys have no problem bombarding customers with your advertising of this keyboard to entice them to buy it knowing it’s being shipped out of Hong Kong will take over a month to arrive and possibly get misplaced if they do not live in the UK. Moving forward, I’m definitely getting a PO BOX at USPS because I’d like to hear the next excuse from another company whose carrier fails to deliver the package as intended. Do NOT order with this company!

I’m a business guy

I’m a business guy, and I spend a lot of time on my phone, using spreadsheets and documents. My fingers miss the iPhone keyboard, and I’m always making mistakes.

But guess what? I recently got my hands on a keyboard, and it’s been a game-changer! so much easier to use, and it makes typing much more accurate. I don’t have to worry about hitting the wrong keys anymore. I also have the full screen when adding to my spreadsheets on my phone.

I also love the style of the keyboard. It has a sleek, modern look that fits perfectly with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. It’s both business-focused and stylish, and it looks great when I’m using it at work or at home.

I highly recommend getting a keyboard if you’re like me and spend a lot of time on your phone. It’s a simple upgrade that can make a big difference in your productivity and comfort. I’ve been on the hunt for a new career. I’ve been using my phone as a mini computer with the Clicks Keyboard to browse through Careers pages and apply for jobs. It’s been a lifesaver! Especially when I am out and about for the day and cannot bring my computer.

The other part to this is the people that work out Clicks, they have helped me in so many ways. The founder even reached out to me checking in on how my Clicks keyboard is working out.

I have been looking for a Keyboard for my IPhone since my HP PDA days, I had a click on keyboard that I used for business with my old PDA. The clicks keyboard is the ultimate accessory for anyone to have for the iPhone its so lightweight and easy to use and way better then the blackberry keyboards.

I have now been using Clicks for nearly a week and I keep fininding additional tolls that can help me use my phone in a easier and more convenate way, this includes using the Clicks Keyboard to have shortcuts to your favourtite apps in one button click. Also has the Keys as a cursor when looking at large documents to navigate around the document.

I would highly recommend Clicks Keyboard to anyone for personal and business.

Dodgy

First red flag - delivered from Hong Kong. No mention at all on site of delivery originating outside of the country. Would never have taken a chance on it if I'd have known it was coming from outside the UK.

Second red flag - came with no protective packaging considering its long journey. Just a bag around the box which came dinged as a result.

The product itself just didn't do it for me. For one, the auto capitalisation simply will not activate, no matter what. The buttons are far too small, and I actually made far more errors with the keyboard attached than I did via my hated touchscreen. I took a chance on the product on the back of the supposed 30 days no quibble return offer...

Third red flag - a return address is not provided anywhere on the site or its associated accounts. You have to REQUEST a return address. Weirdly, I got an immediate response asking for a few details and then, after a further follow up email from them, I have heard nothing at all since. Zip. Nada. They still haven't sent me the address despite me asking for more details on numerous occasions.

Fourth red flag - I moved to my credit card company for a refund. They gave it to me within 24 hours of opening the ticket. Another reviewer mentions below about Clicks being on an AMEX watchlist - the speed of their response to my complaint leads me to believe there might be a certain amount of truth to this.

Overall, I can't recommend. At least I got the product, I suppose, but it's not fit for purpose and the customer service is obviously lacking and, in truth, a bit shady.

I love mine!

Having read all of the reviews on this page, I knew it might be a bit of a risk placing an order, but I have come back to say my experience has (luckily) been entirely different. I am in the UK so maybe that has made the difference?

Anyway I placed my order for a Clicks Keys case for my iPhone 15 Pro on 24 January 2025 and it arrived yesterday - 5th February 2025. The delivery estimate of 7-10 days was accurate so no issues there at all, and the tracking was updated almost daily throughout its journey.

The product itself is amazing, I really love it. I’m into my tech and 90s nostalgia so having a physical keyboard is brilliant fun! And having so much of the screen back (now the virtual keyboard isn’t covering it up) is so handy.

I’ve also set up ‘Clicks Mode’ and created all my own shortcuts - really clever and useful to get things done quickly.

I’ve already got used to how to hold it comfortably and am happily clicking away writing this review. Top marks from me!

Fantomatica tastiera per iphone 15 pro max

Ordinata a Gennaio 2024 una tastiera per iphone 15 pro max. Ho poi ricevuto due messaggi, uno a marzo 2024 in cui mi si diceva che il prodotto sarebbe stato consegnato ad aprile 2024 ed uno a magio 2024 in cui invece mi segnalavano che il prodotto era in riraedo(!) . Poi nessuna notizia ed io francamente mi ero dimenticato dell’ordine. Oggi scrivo per avere notizie e mi dicono che l’ordine nom risulta. A voi trarre le dovute conclusioni

WORST MISTAKE EVER - Misleading and deceptive!!


I made one of the worst mistakes of my life by ordering from Clicks Tech without checking their Trustpilot reviews first. I wish I had!

Like many others, I was bombarded with their ads all over social media. After seeing tons of promotions, I finally decided to order my iPhone 16 Pro Max—ONLY because they promised next-day shipping. That was the deciding factor for me.

Well, a few days passed, and I heard nothing. So I reached out to their support team, and to my surprise (or should I say, no surprise at all after reading other reviews), I was told my order was still unfulfilled. No updates, no explanations—just a generic response that felt like it came from a bot.

This is beyond unacceptable. Advertising next-day shipping when you clearly can’t fulfill it is straight-up misleading and deceptive. If you can’t deliver as promised, don’t advertise it!

Clicks Tech, instead of throwing money at endless ads, maybe invest in actually fulfilling orders and improving your customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Learn from my mistake—DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
