100% A SCAM

I truly wish I could give this company 0 stars. I became interested in this product after seeing a ton of ads for it on Instagram and after watching several reviews on YouTube. I finally pulled the trigger in December 2024 for the Spice colored iPhone 16 pro max case. It is now officially the middle of January and I have not received the case. Additionally I have reached out to this company several times only to receive Ai generated replies. I have finally filed a chargeback with my credit card company because these practices are entirely unacceptable.

My advice to anyone interested in this company’s products is: DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY.

These items are distributed from China and will take a d*ck year to get to you IF THEY EVEN SHIP AT ALL.

My tracking number that they provided magically stopped updating a week ago and there is no telling where my order is- if it exists even at all.

This is 100% a scam company and I would encourage you NOT to entertain the idea of supporting them.

All should report them to the Better Business Bureau

UPDATE: (16 Jan 2024) an update - my package not only still hasn’t arrived but I also (this morning) received the same exact AI generated response that everyone else has received; further proving how much of a scam this company is. They send this automated response to you on the day that the shipping service allows you to file a claim in an effort to prevent you from doing so. Not only have I filed a claim with USPS, I’ve also reported this company to the Better Business Bureau AND have filed a chargeback with my credit card company.

I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO REPORT THEM TO THE BBB and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL.

Trust the reviews on this page. This is a poor excuse for a company and they do not deserve to be supported.

For those wondering what their automated AI response was, see below:

“…Hey [name redacted], we noticed your shipment hasn't been updated by the carrier in a few days. Generally, when this happens, it starts moving on its own again soon - delays happen. We're keeping an eye on it though, and if it doesn't start moving soon, we'll be in touch with how we're handling the situation for you.
There's no need to check in with us - We're monitoring your shipment with USPS and will be in touch if it isn't moving soon…”

Again, 100% A SCAM!

Azienda che non risponde a nessuna mail , un mese di attesa e il corriere ha perso il loro pacco e non hanno nessuna intenzione di rispondere per avere un codice Tracking , veramente scandaloso , non acquistate da Clicks

Il corriere scelto ha probabilmente perso il pacco o sono stati applicati male di dati sulla spedizione perché è dall’altra parte d’Italia dopo un mese dalla spedizione . Nessun riscontro da nessuno , è veramente assurdo

Product arrived damaged, but Clicks does NOT replace it!

I have to update my original review (1/5) since Clicks send me a replacement cover which is not damaged. Now everything is fine with that!

Very bad experience: cover arrived from Hong Kong scratched on both top and bottom profile. I would point out that the case is fitted in a moulded insert which prevents movement, so it was not damaged during the journey, but was sent in that condition. This means that Clicks has obvious quality control problems.

Following my complaints and replacement request their customer service department invited me to scrub the cover with isopropyl alcohol, which removed only the lightest of scratches.

A serious, consumer-focused company, which Clicks Technology has not shown itself to be, would have taken steps to instantly recall and replace the cover. In fact, a serious company would not even ship an item in a pitiful condition.

I absolutely do not recommend their products

Bought a clicks keyboard for my 16 pro…

Bought a clicks keyboard for my 16 pro max. Still haven’t received it. It’s been sitting with their garbage shipping partner going no where. OSM worldwide won’t turn it over to the post office. They have computer responses to your emails.

Absolute trash of a company and don’t seem to care about customers. Avoid buying from them at all cost. I had to put a claim in with my credit card company because they don’t seem to care.

Michael fisher ( Mr mobile ) on YouTube should be ashamed to be associated with this company.

Misrepresentation of product

They advertised the product as ‘available now’ upon order Oct 12 then it takes over a month to ship as it in fact is not ‘available now’

Fine, but then don’t charge me until you’re ready to ship. When it does in fact ship they use some Mickey Mouse delivery service who does not actually attempt to deliver as confirmed by my doorbell camera.

This company appears to be incompetent at best, scammy at worst. Customer service is mostly autogenerated. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company as it became clear there was no intention to fulfill the order.

Product ok. Poor customer service

From my experience dealing with them it comes as no surprise that 'Clicks' has copied and pasted a generic response. This shows a complete lack of respect for their customers and highlights their poor customer service. Whoever is responsible for this approach should be replaced.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Horrable customer service

Horrable customer service, no reply only bots, return is just rejected without reason .. DON'T BUY FROM THEM

Update November 25th: after more unanswered frustrating messages to them I eventually did get a human reply from their customer service in the UK, and they were very responsive and helped me to sort out my return and refund the money .. what a a journey .. but many thanks to the UK customer service :-)

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the abysmal customer service provided by this company. Despite numerous attempts to contact them about a defective product, I have received absolutely no response. It is clear that they have zero regard for their customers once they’ve made a sale. They were late on shipment while pre-ordering the keyboard at the beginning and also paid for it many months before. This lack of communication and unwillingness to address the issue is not only frustrating but also unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone considering their products to think twice, as their support system is non-existent and they clearly do not value customer satisfaction. Avoid this company at all costs. 5 emails without any response. Worst company ever.

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE! I cannot get a response for my refund. The policy is a 30-day money-back guarantee, and we are past that. Several emails have been sent to them, and they respond to be patient. It's a terrible company to deal with!

AI customer service, in the worst way. Dont care about their customers if youve already paid up.

They screwed up my address, said they would change it but just ignored me, its been 3 weeks of trying to get help from a company that only offers AI customer service. They dont have a phone number, I have yet to talk to a real human being. This company is a scam, dont buy anything or they will just do the same to you. 200 bucks down the drain, with literally noone to contact other than some AI that replies with the same annoying copy pasted message.

Keyboard is nice, Case is not. BUT: They absolutely try to make you happy and get better!

Update: They seem to improve things and it looks like they take their customers seriously. They cant give me the time back ive wasted with support, but they refunded me and i get to keep the case.

Resume of it all: it took a long time to get the thing, but for a first gen Product they did good!

Read the whole review for the full experience, it had a surprising Plot twist!

Had an awful experience with Support. They can't keep their promised timelines and don't communicate when there are delays, as a customer you will be left outside alone with repetitive answers from their support without information whats really going on with your order. Sad because the product itself is really cool!

Update: The Communication with the Support got even worse. From not reading Support Tickets at all to getting Copy paste Answers, it's really frustrating.

Update 2: After my local Post carrier lost the package in one of their Distribution Centers, Clicks refused to open an Investigation. The Austrian Post told me the shipper needs to open that investigation because the one i've had opended wasn`t Successfull and the only way to speed things up is let them to this, thanks for ignoring me on that, just got a stupid copy-paste answers again. After almost 2 Months of shipping the thing arrived without clicks doing something.

So whats my opinion on the case? Well... i love this thing for how nice the typing feels, its amazing to use it BUT the build quality of the case is absolutely pathetic for that price TAG lol (iphone 14 pro max version). i think they have improved this on the newer versions but im stuck with a super nice keyboard in a really cheap case... Also the Marketing team could not stop but being super annoying. After i recived mine they send me about 20 Mails that i need to get the new version for the new iPhone. Sure thing, after spending almost 200 Euros on a Keyboard for my perfectly fine Phone i will just buy a new 1500 Euro phone just to get a slightly better version of what i already have.

if the Keyboard wasn't that nice, this would still be a one Star review but i think at least on the keyboard the engineers did an amazing job.

i wanted this to be good and for a first Gen i think you did solid, but as a first gen Cutsomer i feel scammed and the fact that it arrived feels like luck. The way you treat customers is Messed up dogpoo. The support is polite but in a lot of situations it feels like they dont have enaugh staff to really help the customers, on the other side the marketing makes me super angry. after you do your payment you will still get ads, they will ship giveaway units before the customer ones and the fact the support does nothing even if you know your package might be lost feels so bad.

Update 3:
They just refunded my case LOL. like said in their answer to this. Im absolutely surprised they took my Frustration seriously and to be honest im a bit confused why they act like this but it feels as they are actually pro customer. I was frustrated a lot with clicks as a Company, especially for sending out giveaway units before giving paying customers their stuff and having support units that were unable to support.

Still needs a little work..

I love the concept but it still needs a little work.. I was always a fan of a physical keyboard on a phone so I jumped on the opportunity to get this case as soon as I was able to order it for my particular iPhone model. It does make my iPhone 14 Pro Max extra huge but that part is not a deal breaker. The part that is becoming increasingly annoying is that there is a lag when I go to type. When I go to my texts (or any messenger) I tap to place the curser on the message space and I start to type but the letters don't show. So I start typing again and that's when all the previous letters I typed show up and I have to delete and start over. I just received this case two days ago and have been trying to give it the benefit of the doubt but if this isn't something that can be fixed with firmware, I will be returning it within my 30 days.

Edited to include that the case also adds unnecessary (and random) spaces when I am typing a sentence or adding punctuation. And the virtual keyboard pops up randomly when I get to a spot I'm am going to type and I have to hide the virtual keyboard by pushing the dedicated keyboard button.

I will be returning the case.

Keyboard is awesome, casing is not protective

Although the Clicks technology keyboard is phenomenal, the case does not protect your phone. I have developed several cracks and hairline fractures in my iPhone because the casing is a very thin silicone type liner that does not protect the device. Consider upgrading to a protective casing with the next edition. This was the founder's edition.
