I emailed as the pump in my cats water fountain stopped pumping after about 6 months. They were so helpful by sending me a new pump. The new piece arrived within a week and my cat is now so happy his fountain works again- particularly in the heatwave.

My Catmate 360 catflap stopped recognising my cat’s chip. After following all the troubleshooting guidance it still didn’t work. I requested a replacement from Catmate and was pleased to get a speedy response and a replacement is being sent out. I simply have to dispose of the old one.
Impressive customer service.

I have been using 3 “Fish Mate” automatic pond feeders for some years. Unfortunately the latest one, purchased 2 years ago, failed recently and so I contacted Closer Pets as the product had a 3 year guarantee. Call me cynical but I didn’t really expect a positive outcome but to my great surprise and satisfaction I could not have been more wrong. I was asked to provide proof of purchase that was easy enough via a screenshot from my Amazon account and a replacement was sent without any quibble. At my request, they even delayed sending the replacement in the post as it would have arrived whilst we were abroad on holiday. Great service and so unusual today. Thank you.

Fantastic customer service. Unfortunately the microchip cat flap became faulty after 2 and a half years as the sensors had failed. I contacted Closer pets through their website and the team sent me a replacement within a couple of days.
The product itself is great. My three cats are able to use it with ease and it keeps out neighbourhood cats and animals. Very happy with the product and the team at closer pets.

Incredible customer service from Martin. An access issue with the cat flap and Martin responded promptly with detailed advice and an alternative solution. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Reached out to Closer Pets in regards to one of their microchip cat flaps we have a rogue cat that has worked out how to lift the flap from the outside even when this was set to microchip only, to see if they have any heavy duty flaps to prevent this (Just to note the cat flap was not faulty and worked as intended, just this cat a little too clever).

Sue gave us the most amazing customer service and resolved the whole thing within the space of an hour.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough and know to come to in the future.

When my feeder developed a problem after just under 3 years this fab company replaced it free of charge straight away. I rely on the feeder to keep the fish fed regularly, they wait underneath when it's time. It works really well and I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

I bought an intelligent cat flap about a month ago, but unfortunately it failed after a couple of weeks. I rang up and explained the fault. It was diagnosed as a complete failure, and without any quibble a replacement was sent. It's now fitted and working perfectly.
