Easy online process with great phone support.
My initial inquiry online was really positive and i found the website easy to navigate. When I didn't have a piece of information needed to complete my transaction I needed to call the help line. The consultant (Maria) was fantastic, extremely helpful and assisted by pretty much completing my insurance application. She made sure I knew what I was getting with the product and what options were available. She was patient as I completed things online and made sure everything was set up for me to navigate independently at a later time. Following the call I obtained the information needed and i was able to make the necessary changes. Maria made all of this possible and easy to do.

I was unable to amend the sum insured from the quote emailed to me online.
I phoned and waited around 10 minutes and the process to amend the amount was done by the consultant easily.
After agreeing with the terms, conditions and options I had selected and making payment, confirmation of payment and new policy details were promptly received via email.

So much easier and affordable compared to another big insurance company I have had my beloved 79 series landcruiser insured with for many years. Can’t comment about the claims side of things as ( touch wood ) I haven’t needed to go there . Keep up the good service. 👍
