Very poor quality products. They are very think plastic and smudged logo. Chemical smell. You’d find better on Aliexpress or temu for half the price. They come directly from China and the return costs for a refund are your own problem

Emailed them multiple times during delivery which took 3 weeks and they didn't ship my items until I opened up a charge back with my credit card, the quality is terrible and I’m a large but got a medium and it’s a terrible fit, and all of the threads are unfinished. I would stay away

Do not buy from them you will lose your money. Had to put 1 star because there wasnt an zero. Shorts turned up 3 sizes to big, customer service is a joke when they get back to you. Poor quality, bad service stay away from this company

I never received my order, and the courier tracking showed it was returned to sender. Despite this, they responded with generic responses and did not properly resolve the issue or issue a refund promptly.

Uncomfortable seams everywhere and one pair had a broken zip on the keys pocket right out of the packet. Sizing is far too big. Misaligned labels. Stitches coming apart. Pure rubbish. Avoid.

They sent the wrong size, then didn't reply to my several requests for a return. Eventually got a refund from my credit card company.

Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Terrible design, poorly fitted, poor material, uncomfortable to wear and very cheap feeling.

Delivery was long and i was starting to think i had been scammed after i read some reviews, the product turned up today. I ordered a sixe smaller than inusually would so a Medium size and they fit perfecty, inner shorts fit snug which is what you want and pocket is big enough to velcro up and i have a iphone 17 pro max so not exactly small. I dont know what all these 1* bad reviews are about but im genuinely happy with the product. Lost 1 star for customer service and delivery

not great quality, under shorts are not tight enough to actully hold phone...

Shorts never arrived and they messaged me once when i emailed them but nothing since. They ignore my emails and i have been waiting 2 months. Stay clear as this is a scam from China. They claim they are in the UK which is a total lie, they are in China ripping people off.

Simply a criminal run scam operation. They are big scale scam operatives it's organised crime going under the radar for now. Let's hope a change in the law will put the crooks in prison for a very long time.

My experience is exactly the same as other reviews. Terrible service and impossible to cancel order and get a refund. Really wish I had read reviews prior to dealing with these clowns

Shocker of a company. Poor products received and no response to a request for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered 2 items with them. A knee brace and shorts.

They never sent the knee brace. It never arrived. They claimed it did. But it never did. I sent them proof from my Shop account that showed the package was never even shipped.

They replied and said that it had been and were not helpful. No refund for the knee brace.

The shorts did arrive. The worst quality product I have even seen. I used it literally 1 time and the velcro was immediately unstitched.

I hate giving bad reviews to business that are starting out. But I feel scammed- not only because I paid for a product that broke after 1 use, but I never got the second product which was more expensive.

Rear key pocket has broken on shorts after 10 runs. Emails to Ritual Club just bounce back and there is no way to request a replacement.

I will not use them again.

Items (running shorts) were late arriving by more than a month. Once here the quality was very poor. They were not fit for purpose and look nothing like the images used to advertise them. The fabrics certainly don't match the descriptions. Then the customer service debarvle starts where they keep asking for the same emails and images again and again in the same email thread, also offering the same20% discount more than once to accept the shorts as they are, which i won't do as they are useless. Eventually they told me i could return them but have been so vague the return address is not even complete. They have just followed the same script of 3 emails very slowly again and again. I have reported to Facebook as were being advertised on there and seek to get my £63 back. No response since saying i can send back but notconfirming how so i have a total of zero confidence i'll ever see anymoney

this company is a scam, emails do not work and cant contact them. this kind of company should not be on any platform such as shop or socials e.g instagram

Purchased as gift. When they arrived I was shocked at the quality but let my husband decide. He suggested a bigger size so tried to email them - all emails bounced back!

Scam. Dont order. No tracking no reply to emails.
