Again, I wish I had read the reviews first before ordering. Poor quality, not as advertised and customer service just blanks you.

Don't buy. Bad quality and no return unless you're willing to pay for postage to China

Vreselijke online winkel!!! 2 shorten gekocht. Waren de foute maat en hele slechte kwaliteit. Dus ik vraag retour aan. Ik moest bewijzen sturen, wat ik ook gedaan heb. Dan kreeg ik steeds dezelfde onzin. Dat hun maten online staan enzo, wanneer ik bleef zeggen dat ik de shorts niet meer wou en wou retouren kreeg ik geen antwoord mee. Waarmee mijn retour termijn verlopen is en ik nu met kledij voor de vuilbak zit die ik moet betalen. Achteraf betalen via klarna genomen en ondanks bewijzen dat ik tijden en heel vaak retour heb aangevraagd mag ik toch betalen.

Pure garbage. Incomplete delivery, poor quality, utterly awful fit.

Shorts never arrived and they messaged me once when i emailed them but nothing since. They ignore my emails and i have been waiting 2 months. Stay clear as this is a scam from China. They claim they are in the UK which is a total lie, they are in China ripping people off.

Simply a criminal run scam operation. They are big scale scam operatives it's organised crime going under the radar for now. Let's hope a change in the law will put the crooks in prison for a very long time.

All the reviews here of Ritualclo speak for themselves: poor quality garments, ghosting and communication blanking, wrong sizing etc
Company not registered at Companies House so is not UK based. Possibly UAE
This might explain why it does not comply with UK or EU trading law

I ordered two Ritual Performance Joggers in October but they never got delivered until to date. Several follow ups went unanswered. I requested for a refund if the items cannot be delivered, but go no response.

I placed an order well before Christmas,
then saw the terrible reviews. I immediately tried to cancel the order, however I did not get a reply from the company for 3 weeks. During this time, the parcel was supposedly posted to me (10 days after placing the order). I am yet to receive the item.
The email that I did receive from the company was a standard email refusing a refund.
How is this company allowed to still trade, they are clearly scamming people!
It appears at the first site that it is a UK based company, however the parcels are shipped from China.

Bought 3 pair all the same size but they all fit differently. One came with a hole in the pocket. Took so long to get to me that by the time I realized the issues it was "out of warranty"
Cell pockets are a joke.

Bought three pairs. They took over a month to arrive. Very poor quality and stitching all came undone in the first wear. I got offered a 20% refund and when I accepted they ghosted.

Same as everyone else. Bad quality, return policy is misleading at best - put the cost of shipping to China on the customer. Never would use again

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Bought 2 pairs of shorts for my husband which didn’t fit, had to wrangle with the company for 2 weeks before they agreed to a return and refund. I shipped the shorts back in their original packaging 3 weeks ago and never got my money back even after sending them proof of mailing

Returns policy is crazy. You have to fight to be able to return anything and then pay the postage back to China. Service is terrible. I won't be using again even though shorts were quite nice.

Shorts are horrible quality and shipped from China.
The seller wanted me to return to China for a full refund, before eventually offering a 40% refund to keep them, uppingthe offer from 20%.
The seller then vanished. No emails, no refund, nothing.

Awful product, worse customer service. Do not buy.

If you fish about in Amazon you can get the same product for less, but with UK based Amazon easy returns.

If I was able to give them negative stats I would! Horrible customer service! I’ve been going back and forth with “customer service” about an issue with the email associated with an order and it’s like they do not comprehend the English language or just don’t care about customers! If I was able to cancel my order I would but I don’t have access bc again the lack of service is keeping me from being able to access my order! Buyers beware! Purchase at your own risk!

AVOID AVOID AVOID - the product is extremely cheaply made and poor quality. Customer service do not reply for weeks after 20 emails wanting to return the product. I hope others don’t get caught in this scam.

Charged immediately but never received what I ordered. Impossible to contact company...they never reply to emails.
