Ghafar has been quite prompt, helpful, and friendly whilst arranging our booking for a school trip. The lowest price we were quoted, and amazing service!

William is great! Answers questions very quickly ! Price is great! Would recommend Coach Hire.com !

William was great - replies to emails very quickly and such a good price for a group of us would highly recommend

Brilliant service - William was efficient in handling the booking and our driver John was fantastic - very professional and drove very safe. Thank you!

Excellent help from Laura booking our Executive Minibus for our forthcoming event in Newbury. Very helpful discussing various quote and vehicle sizes to ensure we had the best vehicle to suit our party.

We have booked for the second year running. The staff are very cheerful and efficient, and the driver was very good and waited. We would highly recommend them.

First time booking a car service, ever. Worked with Nathan to book our round trip in London from airport to hotel. Was great at first, paid in full, then he would never respond to questions or emails again. Got to Gatwick and driver was not there. Called the 24 hour service and she kept saying that he was there for us and gave me Asem's (Driver) name and number. Called him and he repeatedly said he was there, which he wasn't. Then called him again and said, No, 5 minutes. Then called again and said 10 minutes. Needless to say we sat there for 1 hour before he arrived! He was a horrible driver, and very unsafe. All 14 of us were motion sick and a 40 minute ride took us 1 hour and 35 minutes.
Very nervous about the return trip, but the driver (Mark Jones) was there on time and was a wonderful driver.
I would never use them to book again, especially since we left London and went directly to Paris. We used a car service there that was top notch!

What can I say?! Apart from what an amazing company these are, I entered a competition and straight away tickets where sent to me, I had such a fantastic day out with my family 5 stars service thanks again

Good communications. Great bus, the driver Alan was courteous, very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

What a great service -
Dealt with maddie white from the outset
Nothing was too much trouble
Sourced the best coach price for our trip to Devon with a group of under 16s on a rugby tour.
Coach was very high quality , the driver was great - Keith
And the entire weekend went to plan
Very happy and would definitely be using their services again in the future

Clean, on time, good communication with the driver, polite and friendly.

Excellent customer service. Laura went the extra mile to secure a coach for us last minute after an initial mishap. Everyone was very happy with the vehicle and the journey. The driver was super nice and an absolute pleasure to work with. Can't recommend it enough.

I used Coach Hire to arrange multiple trips for a university society and I had the best experience with Shaun, who was so helpful, responsive and understanding. A lot of the stress of organising travel for around 100 people was taken away with the ease of using Coach Hire, along with the great prices and friendly drivers, so I would recommend the company to anyone. Thank you!

Emma Johnston booked at short notice at least 9 coaches for our group and was extremely helpful and on call at all times. The drivers were always on time, courteous and helpful.
Thank you.

Sam was an excellent help. Would 100% use these guys again!

Really prompt email replies with clear and helpful information. The booking system was also super easy. I cannot wait to use their services in June.

I booked a coach through one of your sales agent called Aleah, What a pleasurable experience she was polite and friendly, giving all the information I needed to go ahead with my booking. I am very thankful to her she is such a delight in addition I had an amazing event using this service which wouldn't of been possible without the service that she provided me.

The process was very fast and effiecent! The young lady i spoke to on the phone was lovely and helpful thank you Aleah

My booking experience was great! All questions answered quickly, efficiently and with pleasure. Laura could not have done enough and reassured me that the coaches used were of a high standard, as I had had a bad experience with a previous company.

Looking forward to my upcoming event and travelling in style and comfort.
