Emu Coach Hire Opiniones

Great company to deal with. Fast replies. Bob our driver was a legend......he enjoyed having a bit of a laugh with the boys.

Booked direct through Emu Coach hire, great communication, local to SA . Our driver was friendly, professional. There were five of us with luggage flying out of Adelaide . Topped off our trip having a seamless transfer from our door in Victor Harbour to Adelaide. Thank you .

Emu Coach services most commendable;from initial contact booking with Justin to the driver meeting us in Brisbane International airport to Toowoomba , return trip to our Hotel plus back to Airport for our return trip to KL Malaysia was seamlessly easy, comfortable and safe. Thanks once again.
Cheers , Victor & our group of happymansion

Emu Coach hires made planning my mates bucks weekend a breeze with clear concise communication and booking flexibility. Providing a great driver and overall experience. For anyone else planning an event requiring transportation I would recommend Emu!

Our guests were safely transported to and from our wedding which we are extremely grateful for. They let us know the drivers were very patient and kind.
Getting a quote and Booking was super easy
Only snag was some miscommunication regarding pick ups, but nothing that ruined the day.

Excellent communication & service, clean transport & competitive pricing. Would use again and highly recommend.

We found that our driver was very prompt, kept in touch where necessary, and when I asked if we could hang around for 5 minutes before heading to our destination to confirm one last straggler, they were more than happy to assist.

You are a waste of FUEL and engineering; buses were invented in 1826 YET you are the MOST USELESS company ever! Animals have died so YOU can dive around with doing nothing. You are polluting the earth with toxic gases just to do NOTHING.

Pete arrived on time for pick up, he was amazing. He had the music playing, it was great. Pete arrived early to pick us all up from the wedding, he didn't rush us at all. Once we were all on board, the music came on, the disco lights came on and the singing started. People had, had a few beverages at the wedding and were happy. There was dancing in the seats.. loud singing and Pete was a gem. I would use this service again and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

We were to be on a school trip into the city and the bus was not only late by 2 hours but cancelled on us last minute saying they'll won't be able to take us into the city 2 hours after waiting😡

i recently booked a bus for 19x of us into the city for an event and we used the service over the weekend, and just wanted to say how awesome it was and how affordable it worked out and that we will definitely be using the service again. The driver was super accommodating and everyone said how awesome it was so thank you again :)

Great service, got us there and back safe and we will definitely contact you next time!! thank you

We hired a bus this past Saturday to take us to lunch in McLaren Vale and back for a group of about 18 of us! We had Todd as our driver, he was a great driver especially when it was pouring with rain he even gave some of us an umbrella. Our buses engine light came on, on the freeway on the way but Todd managed to reassure us and we made it back safely! Our experience couldn’t have been any better if it wasn’t for him😊 Would definitely recommend!

We booked Emu Coach Hire to transport 22 wedding guests for our Wedding on the 12/6/26.

In the weeks leading up to the wedding, I had to repeatedly follow up to confirm pickup times, the cost for additional passengers and the additional collection point. When I called, I was made to feel that I was being unreasonable for wanting this information. Despite our guests needing confirmation, the details were not provided promptly.

On the day, the vehicle that arrived was a maxi taxi with a capacity of only 15 passengers. As a result, 7 of our guests were unable to travel to the venue or use the return transport we had booked.

When I contacted Emu Coach Hire, I was initially told we would not receive a refund because we had not been charged for the additional passengers above 18. Advising me that they had made a mistake and had not charged for the additional passengers above 18 when I confirmed the additions weeks before. This overlooked the fact that even our original booking was not fulfilled, as only 15 passengers were transported.

On 15/06/26, the company responded via phone call and advised that they agreed a refund may be appropriate and that they were investigating the matter. After following up again on 25/06/26, I still have not received a response.

Mistakes can happen, but what has been most disappointing is the lack of communication leading up to the wedding and the ongoing difficulty resolving an issue that significantly impacted our wedding day. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Emu Coach Hire.

We were holding a conference that required a number of people to travel to Sydney from our regional centres, where appropriate flights aren't always available. I am beyond grateful that I found Emu Coach Hire - not only were they among the most reasonably priced, but they provided a quote within half an hour, answering all my questions promptly and professionally. I knew instinctively that they were the right choice for us, and they did not disappoint. The driver was professional, on time and friendly. He got our team to their destination safely and in comfort (the bus itself was great). When wild weather threatened flights that our other teams would be travelling to Sydney the day before our conference, the Emu Coach Hire guys stepped in once again, doing their utmost to find us last minute buses to replace cancelled flights, going above and beyond, even calling other bus companies in an attempt for find a solution. I thank everyone at Emu, from the team in the office to the driver himself, and will definitely be in touch for future bookings.

Hired emu coach for university event absolutely amazing team . Will always recommend to go with them and surely will work with them more in future .

Driver Michael and indeed the whole experience received high praise from the entire bridal party. From the wedding ribbon on the van to Michael’s sparkly personality, it was just another happy layer on a perfect day for the newlyweds. Highly recommend!

The Emu Coach Hire team were simply amazing! We booked 2 trips with them for a corporate group in Feb 26 and we couldn't have been happier with the service. The drivers were very communicative and helped load all luggage and buses were absolutely spotless and clean. After unfortunately experiencing a very low service with other bus companies, we won't be using anyone but Emu from now on.

Friendly and relaxed driver who was extremely punctual.

Contracted us out to "Bus's r Us" and we had an old public transport bus even tho we were promised a nice coach from Emu Coach Hire!! Our bus was old, bumpy with little air conditioning on an extremely hot day, we were so disapointed when it turned up. Would not use Emu Coach Hire again because if they contract their jobs out they cant follow thru with their promises.
