Thank you for your feedback - and we're truly sorry the gloves didn’t arrive in time for your New Year’s Eve event. We completely understand how disappointing that must have been.

Just to clarify the timeline: your order was placed on December 19th at 23:28 (European time), which meant it came in right before the weekend when parcels aren’t shipped. Your parcel was therefore shipped out on Monday, December 20th, which is the first possible dispatch day.

During this high holiday season, shipping carriers worldwide - including USPS - have been experiencing delays due to the extra volume. According to the latest USPS scan, your package is currently out for delivery today (January 2, 2026 at 6:10 AM) in Gloucester, MA 01930, so it should arrive very soon.

I completely understand that this doesn’t change the fact that it missed your intended date, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience.

For future orders with a specific deadline, we also offer a faster express shipping option, which is more expensive than standard shipping - but it’s the best choice when the delivery date is critical, especially during peak holiday periods.

Thank you for reaching out - and I’m really sorry to hear this has caused frustration.

According to the USPS tracking information, your parcel was delivered on December 9th and marked as Delivered (Front Door/Porch).

We truly take pride in our customer satisfaction, and we absolutely want to make sure you receive your order.
That said, we do wish you had contacted us earlier than December 23rd, as this would have given us a much better chance to investigate quickly with USPS and help find a solution in time before Christmas.

If the parcel still cannot be located after checking, please let us know right away and we’ll assist further with the next steps.
