Thanks for your review - and I’m really sorry for the frustration.

I’ve checked your shipment and can confirm:

- Your order was placed 3 February 2026 at 19:54 and shipped from us 4 February 2026 with Royal Mail Delivery (5-7 business days).

- The latest Royal Mail tracking update today (11 February 2026) shows: “Item Received - Heathrow International LC / LANGLEY HWDC” (12:53).

This means it has now been received into the UK network and should be with you shortly.
Please note that customs processing can sometimes cause a small delay on orders outside the EU, even when everything is moving as it should.

If you’d like, reply to our customer care sales@coaxcopenhagen.com with your order number, and we’ll happily follow up with you until it’s delivered.

According to the carrier’s tracking, we have confirmation that your parcel was delivered and placed in/at your mailbox. We kindly recommend checking the mailbox (and if relevant, with neighbours or your building’s shared mail area).

Thanks for your review - we completely understand how frustrating it can feel when a parcel seems slow to move.

Just to clarify the timeline: your order was placed on 28 January 2026 at 22:35 and shipped from us on 30 January at 10:49.
The chosen delivery option was Royal Mail Delivery (5-7 business days).

When shipping to the UK, parcels sometimes spend a few extra days in customs, which can make the tracking look inactive for a short while - but this is quite normal and doesn’t mean the parcel isn’t on its way.

If you’d like, feel free to reach out to us directly and we’ll happily check the tracking again for you. And of course, we hope to hear back from you once it arrives.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m genuinely sorry to hear you feel you’ve had such a horrendous experience - that is absolutely not how we want any customer to feel after ordering from COAX Copenhagen.

We have processed your return in line with our terms, and once the parcel arrived back to us, the items were inspected. We did not find stains or any issues that appeared out of place on our end. That said, we’re sorry the items didn’t live up to what you expected in terms of feel, presentation, or fit. Several of the styles returned are among our bestsellers and we don’t generally receive quality or sizing complaints on them - but your experience is still valid, and we’re sorry it wasn’t the right match for you.

Regarding timing: return delivery time depends on the return shipping method chosen, and unfortunately, we have no control over how quickly a parcel travels back to us. Once received, we process returns and refunds within 14 days, as stated in our exchange & return policy. Return postage is also covered by the customer unless a confirmed fault is found upon inspection, which is why the return shipping cost was not refunded.

Thank you for your review - and we’re really happy to hear you liked the product :-)

You’re also completely right: we don’t currently offer free returns. We’re a small company, and covering return shipping the way larger brands do would mean we’d have to increase our prices overall to make it work. Instead, we’ve chosen to keep pricing as fair as possible and keep our return policy transparent.

That said, we do hear you - and feedback like yours genuinely helps us evaluate what we can improve going forward.

From what you describe (different sizes shown on the parcel/box/item), it honestly sounds like a packing or labeling mistake, and we absolutely understand how frustrating that must have been.
