Your parcel has not been lost and is still on its way. According to the latest USPS tracking update, it departed the USPS Distribution Center in Providence, Rhode Island, early this morning and is currently in transit to its destination. USPS is showing an expected delivery date of today, August 25.

I think COAX does everything well. But their best asset is the quality of their merchandise. The lingerie pieces are well made, packaged nicely and delivered promptly.

According to the official USPS tracking for your shipment, your parcel was delivered in/at your mailbox in Brookings, SD on August 17 at 12:33 PM.
If you can't locate the parcel despite the USPS delivery confirmation, please contact our Customer Care team directly. We will, of course, be happy to assist you and look into the delivery with you.

I love these products, but sizing is an issue
I love these products. The ease of ordering is great. I’m just having trouble with sizing. The sizing chart runs big. I’ve tried two different sizes, sizing down on my second order, and it’s still too big. Because they come from Europe the mailing process takes too long to deal with returns/ exchanges. I’ve just been taking them in by hand sewing.
