Damaged unreturnable item
Shipping took longer than expected, and one of the stockings had a rip/hole in it when it arrived (even before I put it on). However, I can’t return it because stockings aren’t covered under the return policy

This is of course not what you should expect when ordering from us. Receiving an item with a defect is absolutely not acceptable, and we completely understand your frustration.
While stockings are generally not covered under our return policy for hygiene reasons, this does not apply in cases where an item arrives damaged.

I am super disappointed with my last…
I am super disappointed with my last order.
The bodystockings I have ordered says “one size”, but actually it is too small for my wife and the etiquette says size “S”.
The costs now sending back to Denmark is not in relation to the price.

Very happy with my order
While it took a while to receive the order from Europe, understandable, it was worth the wait. My items were beautifully packaged with love, and the things I ordered were beautiful and of high quality designs and craftsmanship. I'd recommend and reorder from this unique company.
