Company location is advertised in Nevada but if you need to return you have to pay for shipping to China. This is craziness in today’s world.

They offered to give a 15% credit but never did.

Don’t buy from this company

SCAM. ZERO stars. Expedited shipping doesn’t work as it’s coming from China. They just pocket that money. You are responsible for shipping back to China if you want to return them and get refund. For me, it was $350 so clearly they know people aren’t going to pay this. They offer a 20% refund or 50% credit to the store in case you want to get scammed for a second time!

This website is a scam. I ordered Christmas pajamas for my family in mid-December 2023. The website said 3-5 days shipping. We have yet to receive them and it has been over 6 weeks. When I sent a note to Customer Service on their website, it goes to some general clearing house email. I ask for a refund repeatedly and they respond saying the package is on its way. I told them this is deceitful sales practice. Do not buy from them. We have yet to receive the merchandise or a refund as repeatedly requested.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 8 pair of Christmas pajamas on 12/3/2023 and still have not received the items. It is now 1/23/2024. My attempts to have them credit back the money paid have been unsuccessful. Someone responds sending me shipping information (the items have been "shipping" since 12/16/2023. They said since my order was processed they cannot issue a refund. Note: my order was processed the day I paid. This company deserves 0 stars. They claim to have an iron clad return policy. This company is a fraud.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO waste your money. they are out of CHINA and shipping does not come for months and no returns.

Terrible company - I order PJ's that took 3 weeks to arrive and were not what was shown on site. Wasted over 4 weeks on prewritten emails for refund. Would not refund unless shipped to China.
I wish I did better research. Why does the company still show a 5 star review !!!!!

VERY BAD. I paid $80 for two pair of Christmas PJs. Ordered on 12/15 and paid another $20 for expedited shipping to arrive in 2-5 business days. They did not arrive till 12/30 and did not fit well. I requested return directions, since their offer indicated a 30 day return policy. They required that I ship them to a location in China, even though it was shipped to me from NY. After several email exchanges, they refused to budge. Best offer was to keep the PJs, and they would refund 20% or send me 50% as a gift card for future purchases. (FAT CHANCE!)

I ordered a pair order number 13670 and never received them. I se d them different emails and all I receive is the same generated answer. It's been the worse, most frustrating online order I've ever had.

Ordered pjs for entire family and dog on Dec. 13,2023. Still hasn't arrived and it is January 15, 2024! Very disappointed as these were gifts for Christmas-Knew thay would be late, but not this late. Never order from these folks. Should have researched them prior to ordering.

Is there a way less than one star to rate this company??? Never received my order - costs me more than $160 - that I placed on Nov 11th. Package trucking is in Chinese. I had it translated and it seems the package has been somewhere in California since the end of November. I am positively convinced the company is a scam.

I don’t even want to give 1 star. Horrible. Company. Run away do not order. Phone is disconnected and the number they give to PayPal is a spam medical company. Please I hope you read the reviews before you order and not make the same $350 mistake I made. I have no way to communicate to return these

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They sent me the wrong product, I paid for expedited shipping and it still took 20 days to arrive. I’ve trying to return and get a refund. No luck, I have reported this account to my Amex account….im not hopeful on getting my money back. These people are crooks!

Site does not indicate that items are shipping from China so it took almost a month to receive. What I received was not what ordered for design and the quality is poor, poor, poor!!

I ordered drop seat pajamas in 2 sizes. What I got was two shirts with the grinch on them.

Item was terrible quality and didn’t look exactly like the pictures online. They’re currently refusing to refund me and offering me 5% off….

They sent me 4 pairs of pajamas that are a completely different product. I received them on Dec 06, 2023. I emailed them for several days with the only response being a generic letter. Finally, I put in a complaint with PayPal. Now the company responded wanting me to remove my complaint with PayPal (along with a lot of promises to make me happy) I do not trust them to give me my refund once I return them.I expect the company to pay the return shipping as it was their mistake. I will wait for further response from PayPal. Glennyce

Do not purchase from My Comfy Pajamas. They shorted us one pj and then sent an entirely different item that didn't match at all. No invoice included. The "customer service" disappeared when I requested resolution. It has been over two weeks and they're still "checking with their supplier" on pajamas we ordered for the holidays. Absolute scam and no resolution in sight.

Do not believe you can return these pajamas. I could not return them and they stated I would have to send them to an address in China at my own expense. My credit card could not dispute these because they lied in their email. I am out $160 for these toxic, synthetic pajamas.

you guys are horrible, charging so much for cheap pj sets and we don’t even get what we ordered? over $100 plus shipping. just order off amazon, at least they respond
