Very quick response to our call. Had our heating up and working within a few hours

My boiler broke down over Easter. I tried 2 local plumbers advertising 24/7 emergency cover. Neither bothered to phone me back. I therefore did a Google Search and came across Complete based about 50 minutes away. John replied promptly and arranged to come and look at my boiler the next day, which was Easter Sunday. John came as promised and rectified the fault speedily and efficiently. I found John to be extremely helpful and polite and agreed in future to use him for my regular boiler Service instead of a local gas safe engineer. Highly recommended.

First time I've used complete heating and got the number from the internet and impressed with reviews. I know why reviews are good. John was very to the point, no negativity and knew what had to be done. I had a big issue with my shower and valves which was sorted very quickly. Most definitely use John again as he was very friendly person and made no fuss about having to source several parts that was needed. I full recommended John and you understand why he has good reviews with his people skills and good workmanship

Leaking kitchen mixer tap - John was recommended by a friend, he replied to my text within hours, came round the next day and replaced the unit very efficiently and professionally, clearly very experienced. Very reassuring to know that he is utterly dependable - nothing worse than a bad plumber!

Called John out for our Worcester Bosch Boiler which had broken down, within minutes he had identified the problems and he worked until we had heating and hot water back on explaining and showing me what was been done, what a great guy.

We suffered a huge leak through to our kitchen after attempting to replace a dual shower myself. Having never needed emergency plumbing before, I just had everything crossed that someone would be able to come and help before the situation got worse. John answered the phone at 07:50 and was at the door by 09:00, he sorted the issue promptly, replaced our old copper piping and installed the new shower correctly. John was very pleasant and made me feel at ease, particularly being a woman at home alone with her child, I’ll be sure to use him again for future plumbing job’, I definitely will not be tampering again.. leave it to the experts! Great service, friendly and reliable

A while ago my daughter suffered a catastrophic leak under her bath which resulted ultimately in the kitchen ceiling coming down. We needed a plumber immediately. John came out straight away and repaired the leak caused by previous shoddy workmanship. He also arranged for someone to quote for the ceiling to be replaced through an insurance claim. We subsequently decided the bathroom needed a complete overhaul and given the excellent service we’d had we asked John to quote. We accepted the quote. At every stage along the way he was helpful, polite and efficient, suggesting improvements to our design and, advising if we wanted to change aspects of the installation. At all times he was completely professional. He only uses materials of the highest quality. At the end of each day he cleared and cleaned the areas he was working in, ensuring the water was back on. Our daughter was completely delighted with the final result.
A bit later on, we decided to give our ensuite à refurb. We had no hesitation in contacting John again. It was exactly the same. We are delighted with the results and the professional way John carried out the work. We would have no hesitation in recommending Complete Bathroom Heating and Tile Ltd.

John is so helpful & knowledgeable, he really knows his stuff! He replaced a power shower for us, this was the 3rd replacement we had had. Other plumbers had not bothered to look into the reason the showers kept burning out. John explained that our cold water tank was too small & also the shower had been connected incorrectly & that was why they kept burning out. He has replaced our tank & corrected all the bad plumbing. Pipework is now looking super tidy & beautiful! Would highly recommend John. Excellent service

John was very responsive and highly professional. He did a thorough job on the leak under our sink, explaining everything clearly and concisely. He also quickly diagnosed and ordered the parts needed to fix our leaking and failing boiler and installed them promptly. Quality work and his attention to detail is clearly better than others, would not hesitate to recommend.

Had a problem with the screeching of pipes in my house. John was quick to respond and came out the next day, fixed the issue within 20 minutes. 5 star service. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service , came out as arranged, after not having heating and hot water for nearly a week very quickly solved the issue and also fixed my bedroom radiator which hadn’t worked since I moved in!
