I can't thank this company enough for their amazing service! There was a hiccup with a delay to my original order but that was outwith their control. I was contacted immediately to let me know there would be a delay and as time was an issue they helped me find a suitable alternative. This was on Friday, and today (Tuesday) I'm delighted to say the delivery has arrived, even though it wasn't a standard delivery address. This was a one-off order but I'd definitely use them again if needed.

Good value products but must be prepared to wait as some items will be out of stock. Give yourself 6 to 8 week's or phone first to check stock before ordering.

Kate was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure delivery was when I needed. Its nice when a supply company really looks after their customers and want your business and I will be back for sure...thanks Kate.

Items are shown as in stock until you purchase them and then they say out of stock and start making excuses why they can’t refund.

Unfortunately I have no alternative other than to take action against this company in the small claims court.

Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered panels in may, and the delivery order states 21 working day delivery… 2 months later I have a delivery.
I then ordered additional panels to complete my project to be told that they are out of stock, but they have taken my money, when I have contacted them they have told me that for me to have a refund it has been transferred to the ‘finance department’.. 3 weeks later and still no refund. And also the panels are still available to purchase online.

The title says it all.

Order placed in May. Was initially given unrealistic expectations of delivery which then became 2-3 months (!) after the payment. Also my chosen product was not available so they asked to change.

When it eventually arrived in July, there was some damage which, to be fair, they replaced within 2 weeks. However, as they had calculated an incorrect quantity, I now needed to place a new order to complete the project. Another 3 months!

They gave a delivery date in Oct then didn't turn up and no followup. After I chase them a few times I get a new date, around another 6 weeks from now, but not yet confirmed.

The order was for a simple project. I placed the order in May and now being told I may finally see my order completed late Nov / Dec.

8 MONTHS TO DELIVER ~35 PANELS ?! (this is assuming they actually deliver this time)

Multiple emails, calls, voicemails, most of which are ignored. I asked them to collect the items and cancel the order (which they refused), I asked for expedited delivery (which they can't do), I've asked for some recompense (they refused).

They offer polite apologies and excuses but effectively I am trapped, £100s given which I cant write off so no choice but to just wait.

I'd love to change my mind about Composite Warehouse but they clearly don't value customers. It was a huge and expensive mistake ordering from them ...

I'll update this as the saga continues.

Order placed over 2 months ago and still waiting for it to be completed. No Customer service or updates even though I have chased it numerous times.

They supplied the decking I required at a very reasonable cost and when two of the boards were damaged there response in putting that right was swift and to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

I ordered a quantity of composite decking for the first time with this company, my experience has been 5*.
I've installed quite a lot of decking in my time - always timber - this was the first time with composite decking.
I found the company online, offering a reasonable price for the decking I required & the Trustpilot reviews were good.
I understood from the website that the delivery times were variable as you could select free delivery or pay extra for a rapid delivery. I had to prepare the site for the installation so I selected free delivery.
I ordered on 03/08/2023 & given a delivery date 23/08/2023. This may seem a long date for some but I had the time to install the decking subframe etc.
2 days before the delivery I emailed & phoned customer care to confirm the delivery date, it was confirmed & advised the driver would phone me approx 1hr before.
Exactly as described, the driver phoned & delivered on the date, everything double checked & ticked off.
The quality of the decking is what I expected & the same as I could have bought locally at a far greater price. The quality matched the samples I had obtained from different suppliers.
The web site is full of useful information.
I will use this company again should I need further decking.

Hi, I would just like to thank Composite warehouse for the great after sales support they offered. I asked if I could change my order for a different colour and they were very understanding and agreed to deliver the new decking in 7 to 10 days. That same evening I received an email saying they would be here the next day and free delivery. A special thanks to Jenny from customer services, looking forward to laying my decking. Would certainly use this company again good prices and free delivery. Thank you

Well I have to give you a one star.
When I ordered like quite a few others have you knew you had issues with stock and the black composite had been out of stock for some time but you still took my money. Your communication is not good either like delivery dates, why don't you at least e-mail a delivery date?. Still have parts for decking missing as its out of stock meaning I'll have to wait to be paid to finish a job that should of been compleated weeks ago.

Lee, the guy I dealt with was very knowledgeable about the product and therefore able to advise on what was best for the project I wanted to carry out,
Costs were comparable and fair , the companies efficiency in delivering and attitude was great ,

I understand what other people are saying about the delivery as I too had a longer than expected delivery date.
On calling I spoke to an amazing chap called Luke who did everything he could to help me in a very busy time.
He managed to resolve the delivery issue and also called me twice to update me and check I was ok,
The product itself is amazing but make sure you order enough clips as I ran short.
I would highly recommend this company because of the excellent service I received, things go wrong but it’s how they sort them that counts.
I know they must have struck a chord because this is the first ever review I’ve written.

If there is a zero, i would put zero. Received my invoice saying its gonna 14-21 days. Then they say its gonna be 6 weeks. Which is ridiculous.So i end up paying for express delivery which is 3-5 days as stated in their email. After paying, i received another invoice saying it gonna be 10-14 days. Thats is not an express delivery!!!!!

I received my decking in April after planning and speaking to the sales team a few times. The delivery driver was helpful and friendly. I am really pleased with the quality and look of the decking.

What a company waiting over 5 weeks than ask me to change to another panel in stock and the delivery would be in couple of days
Still waiting.. sent emails to cancel order and no reply it’s been over 4 days so I think they are planning to be very difficult concerning my refund. It’s all good I’ve contacted the credit card company who was understanding. So all I have to do is have as proof contacting the company through emails and phone.. this company as lied to me concerning the stock and defaulted on there terms and conditions.

Collected composite decking today excellent material would highly recommend they even gave me a damaged piece of trim as only needed a 1mtr piece to finish an edge very helpful
