Amazed to get such a great quality of composite decking at this great price. We must have ordered over 10 samples and although not the cheapest it was fantastic quality and did not cost a lot more at all. To top it off their customer service was second to none and Jenny and Luke helped tremendously. Thanks again

Fantastic service from start to finish.
Jenny helped me through ordering, order came on time and I’m really happy with the decking!

If I could I would give zero rating.
Website allowed the ordering of materials not in stock. Kept chasing for information and when delivered only part order arrived after 2 months wait. Waited a further 3 months for order to be completed.
Email received after order leads you to believe around 3 weeks after order. 5 month wait. Would not use them again.

16/09/2023 Reply to customer services. Never offered alternatives!!!! Never kept updated. Never said I didn't receive any of the order. Only when I used my credit protection for purchases over £100 did I receive my outstanding items of the order a few days later. Shame you have posted a misleading reply to make you look good.

Our decking has just been finished being laid and it looks fantastic!
The sales team helped me through the ordering as i was unsure of everything needed.
Delivered as expected and the decking is the same as the samples.

Ordered the Anthracite grey grooved essential decking. Delivered on time, very reasonably priced and good quality for the price paid. Just ordered another 25 4m lengths.

We ordered the essentials collection grey decking board. Within a week of the boards being now we noticed that they had started to scratch I immediately rung the company and asked what was covered in the guarantee to be told everything apart from fading. I begun to explain I had noticed these scratches appearing. I was told not a problem send us some pictures over and we will get it sorted. 4-5days after sending the pictures over I received a phone call from the sister company (apparently the same company but with different names). Telling me that the scratches that could be seen on the photos are not from general wear and tear and that most likely heavy use or a stone in a shoe, I explained again to the lady on the phone as I did the first person I do have a dog and this the majority of the scratches are probably from the dogs claws as there are a few in a line. I was then told I had bought the budget board that didn’t have any protection on it,and having pets and children you shouldn’t buy this one, also you bought the lighter colour personally you should buy the darker if doesn’t show up the marks. I was rather annoyed at this and as I had rung and had a conversation about these boards with the sales team before buying and was never once mentioned to me these boards scratch easy. She said if I’d have got the more expensive board this wouldn’t happen because it’s got a coating (I think it’s about £4 more per board, wood grain that I didn’t want). I was told to try wire wool on a sample piece in the way of the grain then get a sealer and try that! I have been made to fell that I have been blamed for the board scratching easy even to the point to be told my dog must not walk like a normal dog and must drag it’s claws and that they send samples out to test so I should have checked how easy it scratched. I understand over time scratches will happen but after a week with normal general use it rings alarm bells, im guessing in 12months time I will need to pay over another £1000 to replace the boards as they will be a mess! The conversation ended with I don’t know what you want us to do they will not let you return the boards as they have been fitted. I commented on how that’s like buying a top that’s not good quality/damages after a wear and being told you can’t return it (as a example) to which the lady commented well it’s not because your probably talking £40 for a top not over a £1000-exactly my point. It was left that she was going to pass onto the manager and get back to me even though they will not do anything. I said I felt I had been miss sold the product and the quality is shocking. The decking is already staining green where it is near plants! 2weeks later I am still waiting on a return call. The lady I dealt with was polite despite my frustration but the company does not care once they have your money that’s it!

I ordered samples of the decking, they arrived no issues. I was impressed with the quality of the Timeless board and ordered online. The delivery driver was helpful and my builder said it was a good product to work with. It looks great.

My first experience of this company wasn't great, and as a regular reader of Trustpilot reviews, I thought I would share this experience.
However, since putting my review on here, I am suddenly contacted by the company saying my name doesn't show up on their records for supplying me samples and claim they never received an email from me requesting installation advice. Basically suggesting I am somehow not genuine.
Not once did they attempt to address the actual issue of why I put up my review, i.e., the total lack of installation advice anywhere on their website.
I had moved on to another excellent cladding supplier and didn't want to spend any more time making contact with a company who had lost my trust.
They even tried to have my review removed suggesting it was bogus.
All I ever initially wanted was some installation advice - and not wasting my time trying to prove I exist!!

I placed an order of 4mtr lengths, however 3.6mtr lengths arrived by mistake. Quick phone call to customer services & within a week boards was swapped over. Normally I wouldn’t even post a review, but I was impressed with the staff & their service to sort out the unfortunate mishap. The actual boards & accessories (clips etc) are of high quality.

Ordered 4m lengths to be delivered turned up with 3.6m lengths, now the guys doing the job don’t have the decking to lay.

We even contacted them before it was shipped to tell them they had made the mistake and still was sent out wrong. This is now going to cost me more days labour.

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. The boards were easy to cut and fit. I couldn't be happier with the overall finished look.

The guy I spoke to was very helpful, very pleased with the finish decking looks great there was a slight delay with delivery of some trim but this was not an issue I realise I ordered in a time where supply of some materials was difficult due to covid, must also say it was nice to work with with a good fixing system.

Fantastic products at a great price. The decking looks so good. The service from purchase through to delivery was first class. The delivery driver was friendly and helpful- a great ambassador for the company.
