I ordered a Christmas tree 4/23/2020…

I ordered a Christmas tree 4/23/2020 (it’s the whoville tree) when I ordered it the website said it was in stock but as soon as I ordered it I got an email that said it was in back stock.. ok so no problem it’s April I don’t need the tree.. but my problem is that they sent me a delivery date for the end of may and may comes and I get an email that said it’s delivered and I got nothing... so I call them and after waiting on the phone forever the lady says it hasn’t even shipped yet.. so once again she said it will be delivered end of June.. end of June comes and I get a email from Comstrom saying my item was delivered so I track my package and it won’t be delivered for another few days... they never put my apartment number on my package and I’m unsure of who’s fault that is but I’m glad I got my package and I’ll never order from them again

My reply to you Comstrom I get that my item was seasonal but What I don’t get is how you kept giving me an email saying it was delivered when it wasn’t like you had no idea where my package was and I couldn’t track it.. it was a waiting game I live in an apartment it’s important for people to be able to track the package without it just showing up.. and your customer service sucked.. how are you going to be sending emails out saying it was delivered when it wasn’t even shipped???

We apologize for the delay. As the warehouse was closed for COVID, the items could not be shipped. We were able to ship when the warehouse and we received new products in the warehouse. Its a seasonal item so it's better to the current season's product than the last season's product. We hope that you will enjoy the product with your family.

We received your order on May 27th. It was shipped on June 17th. During COVID, our turnaround times are 2-4 weeks as mentioned on the site. The item was delivered on 06/24. We received your cancellation request on the 18th and therefore it could not be canceled.

Great service and great price

Ordered an upholstered bench from this website. Not only they had the best price when compared across websites, they were also able to get the item delivered ahead of the timeline. Will highly recommend this site- they have a great range of options across all the categories and you will also end up saving money :)

Delays and no help from customer service.

I took a chance with thus site as I had never heard of it. It took a month of delays with no explanation to get my pillows and no help from customer service. Pillows are very thin but print is true to picture Which is why I gave it some stars. Won't use this company again.

Beware!

Placed an order for item that was in stock on April 11th. On the day I was suppose to receive my item, I got an email saying it was on backorder until June 19th. Never got an update. I sent multiple emails asking on status and finally asking to cancel my order. I never got a response. Tried calling them and I got a message saying that their mailbox was full. I'm disputing the charge with my bank now. Total scam!

Won't send item or refund

I ordered an item back in March. Every time I checked, they said it would be sent the next month and the next. I asked for a refund and they said they were sending it in a few days. A few days after the day they said they would send it, it still hadn't been sent. I contacted them again and they said they would process my refund. Two weeks later and two unanswered email later, no refund and no reply. Do not order from them unless you want to pay for something you will never get. I wish I could give less than one star.

Due to surge for fitness equipment during COVID times, the item got sold and we were unable to fulfill your order. Your order has already been canceled a week ago and money was refunded back to your credit card.

Wish i would have researched and found these reviews on this company BEFORE i placed my order! I ordered an "in stock" item on 5/13/20. The charged my credit card right away then send me an email that item would not ship until end up May. On 6/3 I emailed them inquiring status of my order. No response. Called company - very unprofessional person answered and said they would "check with the warehouse". Sat on hold forever before they then told me it wouldn't ship until another month. I said "cancel the order and refund" they said i would need to email them my cancellation request. I said that i emailed them already a few days ago and never got a response - asked if they are even checking their emails. She said "yes". So, i emailed my cancellation request- again no response after a few days so I opened a dispute with Paypal. Thankfully I paid with Paypal!! This company calls me like a week later and says that the item i ordered is not available but they can send me a substitute item and give me a 20% discount. The item was MORE than I already paid them WITH the discount! They wanted me to pay MORE! I said Cancel the order and give me a refund. Luckily, Paypal was following up with them during this time and Paypal refunded me my money. This company is a SCAM and a joke. Obviously the reviews on their website are bogus.

ITEMS NEVER IN STOCK - WORTHLESS!

Ordered a dresser on their website. Said it could take up to 4 weeks to ship. No problem. After 1 month I emailed they said it would be another week. Then emailed again, said same. After OVER 8 WEEKS I CANCELLED MY ORDER. THANK GOD FOR PAYPAL, otherwise we would have never seen our money. This company continually uses customers funds to profit, holds their money until customer requests refund, then only if done by 3rd party money is refunded. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY ! DO NOT ORDER !
