Will not order again from Comstrom!

Ordered a weight bench that said “in stock”.
Got email A few days later saying it was on back order a month from the day I ordered it. One month later I called and they told me that it would be another month. Yet on the website I could order the bench that still says in stock for a higher price. What kind of games are they playing?

Due to COVID Surge, the fitness equipment got sold out. We were unable to fulfill your order apologize for that. Your order was canceled and refunded back to your credit card as per your request over the email.

Your money locked for a month and never get your item

Items listed as in stock. You purchase the item and a week and a half later they tell you that it is out of stock. You request your money back and takes them like a week to fulfill the cancelation, plus, 3 to 5 business days that it will take for your money to show up in your bank account. In a nutshell they work with your money for a while month. Stay away from this poorly run company.

Did not delivered the order and did not refunded it

I placed an order on April, 15th.
They accepted my order, charged my credit card and sent an e-mail telling me the would delay 15 days.
After 20 days they didn't sent my order.
I am trying to cancel this order and after several e-mails got no response and no refund.
Terrible customer service
Do not trust them

Ordered a table on cyber Monday in Dec…

Ordered a table on cyber Monday in Dec 2019. Finally after many issues got it first week in January 2020. I had ordered another piece at the same time, but by the time they got that figured out it was on backorder. I finally canceled that.
The table now (which started in February) is bubbling up in the middle. They said water will make it do that. First NO WATER HAS EVER BEEN ON THIS TABLE EXCEPT FOR A VASE WITH ROSES IN IT! I don’t even have chairs for this table yet. Barely 2 months old. They will do nothing! Told me all defects have to be reported with 24-48 hrs of delivery! So BUYER BEWARE IF YOU ARE PURCHASING FURNITURE!! I will NEVER AGAIN!!

We had sent your request to the factory. The issue you reported did not happen because of any damage in delivery. It showed up after improper usage of the table. Unfortunately, we can replace the furniture if it has not been used properly. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I bought this accent table to go with…

I bought this accent table to go with two lamps that I purchased a few months ago. I figured my living area would benefit greatly from this silver table because of the color scheme that I've put together. I only bought one because I wasn't sure how much I would like it. It was dented a little bit upon arrival but I kept it anyway. I have to purchase another one but it is a little bit less expensive than the last one I bought. I like this accent table

Ordered a piece of furniture at the in December and was not notified until the end of January that it was backordered. Was not notified until I contacted them. After multiple checks the furniture still shows up as in stock on their website however today they cancelled the order.

The item that you had ordered had a quality defect. We were unable to fulfill the order. Since the item was discontinued and was not available any longer, we had to cancel the order.

Finally i received my White Leather…

Finally i received my White Leather Sofa. Quality and finish is good as mentioned on their website. Hope this will last longer. Customer service was also good there is a sales representative Samuel he gave me $30 discount. Everything was good except delivery time of 3 weeks.

Disclosure: I'm reviewing my purchase as the agent that sold me furniture was very helpful. He gave me good discount and I promised to leave a review.

I received my furniture, customer service was good. price was good. the communication could have been a little better. I understand that they are into wholesale business and sell to some retail customers too but they want to grow on the retail side, they need more communicative platform. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase.
