I used Concrete Lab few times now, their product is very good, easy to work with and you can create amassing finishes.
The team is great, understanding. Next day delivery is a very good service.

Great kit with clear instructions and excellent quality materials. I was really impressed with the colour options — the light grey is perfect. The website is very helpful and the YouTube resources are invaluable. Easy to apply and the finish looks professional and modern. Would definitely recommend Concrete Lab.

Despite months of e mails and failed call returns regarding returning the items bought which they say you can, I am left £800 out of pocket. I have already explained shortly after purchasing that the builder would not lay the floor. As soon as I requested a return they have gone silent. I do not recommend this company. Having seen previous reviews it seems to be a common issue.

Only received one part of the sealant… but resolved. Excellent and easy to use product.

My order has been over a week and still not delivered. no correspondence from the company and no reply when I sent an email for an update on my order. The order was meant to be for next day delivery. It was bank holiday weekend so expected it to come a day or two late due to holidays, but has been over a week now and still no sign of delivery. Gave them a call and they were helpful to help speed up process- so good customer service.

I recently purchased the GRFC kits for a kitchen countertop, and I am really happy with the product and finishes. As an architect and active DIY'er, I would highly recommend Concrete Lab. Their videos and online guidance are incredible. I also reached out to the team while casting, and they responded quickly and gave me advice. They went above and beyond my expectations. If you are considering your own concrete project, this is the place to go! I highly recommend it!

I bought the 10m2 microcement kit to cover a total of 8.2m2. Hired a professional to install the product for me.

Only covered half of the area after following concrete lab instructions to the letter, had to order a further 5m2 kit to finish it!

When I went to concrete lab and explained this they did absolutely nothing about it. No refund on the product, nothing!
Even after exchanging pictures of all prep carried out to show it was exactly as recommended.

Hopefully someone can see this and rider elsewhere before making the same mistake I did in using concrete lab.

A store that’s claiming to be DIY friendly should do more than just oversell their products under that guise.

If there were any alternatives in the uk market, I would not recommend.

I have reconsidered my initial review. As any business, they should be making sales. They did deliver what was purchased and provided guideline information over email. The responsiveness may not have been as prompt, but was there.

Really great advice on how to repair and seal our existing worktop, we needed to ask for advice on a number of occasions and the team at concrete lab were really knowledgeable and always happy to help.
We used the etching solution, the smoothing paste, the sealer and the wax. All the products were easy to use and worked really well. We are very pleased with how the worktop has turned out, so much better than when it was first fitted, the worktop is smooth without pinholes and has a real depth of colour now, the sealer repels water really efficiently. Highly recommend.

The product is very good. If you follow the instructions it is easy to do even for a diy’er like me.
Now that the sealant has been on for a week it is brilliant.
Very happy with this. Might even get some to do my bathroom wall when I can. Brilliant
