Everybody can suffer from supply chain issues but the important thing to do is communicate with your customer. Concrete lab communication was excellent throughout the whole process and my materials were delivered to my convenience. Wouldn’t think twice about ordering more. Hi guys. I don’t normally write reviews however I believe our feedback may be of value to you. We recently ordered a GFRC kit for a 3.2m x 0.75m worktop. It turned out very good in the end considering it was our first attempt. I did hours of research on your website and on YouTube and spoke to Toby on the phone a few times. Very helpful. However, I felt like I was always trying extract how to create the final piece, never feeling I had the proper ‘instructions’ before starting. The cast in place method seems to have very clear steps on YouTube, however the videos for the GFRC didn’t feel so smooth. What may have helped us is:
Very clear written instructions provided in the boxes that were delivered.
A step by step set of videos on how to make the GFRC where you focus on making 1 piece from start to finish.
Smaller bottles of liquids (mould release solution, etch and clean, neutralising solution). I am now left with loads of leftovers with no obvious way to dispose of it environmentally friendly.
Wet and dry sanding pads with hook and loop included (these were hard to get hold of).
Syringes included.
Plastic sheets included.

We can see you have a great product that is being developed. I imagine it probably works much better when you guys produce and deliver it yourselves. From a DIY perspective, we felt like we needed experience in how to do it before we actually did it.

We know you guys cannot account for every eventuality but thought you might appreciate some feedback.

Great service both before and after purchase

I bought a microcement set to cover an existing kitchen worktop. The products came pre measured with clear instructions. The product was excellent and I'm extremely happy with the results.

Nice people fab product. I have now cast my kitchen surfaces windowsills and backsplash, all looking good.

Works very well, please speed up on the delivery for my next shipment.

All the products worked well and the videos are an excellent resource.
I had a couple of extra questions which were answered very quickly they also replaced one product by next day delivery when I had a problem with it.

Great company and very pleased with the countertop I made, using their product.
A little stretched on tech support if you want a chat, but busy I guess, and always got back to me via email to answer any queries I had (I had quite a few...!)

Although we've only applied the first coat of microcement, it look beautiful and im excited to see the finished project. The guys at concrete lab are very helpful and prompt with responding to any enquiries. As it stands I would def recommend to others
