My daughter 18 years old has been badly/not informed last night about pick up time. She has been wandering for 2 hrs in the middle of the night. She could not find it. No security or info desk and only a spanish speaking person. She ended up in panic. And luckely with 2 good! Strangers who gave her a lift! Nobody took responsibility and no number was working from the company where I wanted to speak about this. Chatbox only!!! Good lord. Keep your children safe!!! Never again@

Vi havde booket afhentning i lufthavn om natten. Flyet var desværre en time forsinket. Shuttle bussen var kørt. Vi kontaktede dem straks og fik beskeden på at vi kunne vente 5 timer i lufthavnen om natten og så var der måske plads på en Shuttlebus. De siger de venter 30 min efter den planlagte tid man lander. Vi testede tiden fra man lander med flyet til man får bagage og skal med lufthavn bus til anden terminal som ligger 10 min kørsel væk for at komme med den planlagte shuttle bus. Det er ikke muligt på 30 min. Vi tror ikke de nogensinde har holdt i lufthavnen. Andre guider i lufthavnen siger de ikke har set dem.
Kan absolut ikke anbefales.

Bei der Hinfahrt hat sich der Fahrer komplett verfahren, bei der Rückfahrt war er gar nicht erst am vereinbarten Treffpunkt und wir mussten die Metro zum Flughafen nehmen.

Absolutely abysmal.. I think this was because of daytrips.com.es, but nevertheless I Booked and received an Email confirmation of my booking for midday. Thought everything was fine only to find out that despite having a confirmation that the coach was booked for midday, they booked me onto a coach at 07:30 in the morning and expected me to hang around the airport for 6+ hours.. After confirming this I talked to a customer service rep who told me to book a cab and they would reimburse me. This is did and when it came to pay up I got NOTHING! Not even an apology. I blame daytrips.com.es for this, but I cant seem to find them to leave a review.

Had problems on first journey, from airport to hotel - in fact I was left behind, with excuses I did not believe, and had to pay for a taxi to my hotel on top of what i had already paid. Stressful start of holiday. Return journey from hotel to airport - In the end i cancelled, as the 'hotel pick-up' was nearly a mile from the hotel, too far for an infirm 64 year old with luggage. I would have needed to get a taxi to the 'hotel pickup point', again with extra cost. Not what I paid for with my holiday booking, and unreasonable. Will not use again.

They were meant to collect us after a cruise in Barcalona port. We called the day before to confirm our booking and they assured they would be there. We got to the pick up point where all the couches wait 20 minutes before pick up and waited 1 hour they never arrived. They made no contact , no phonecall ,no whats app we tried calling them but couldn't get through. They just left us stranded worried about missing our flight. Our travel agent contacted them on our return and they had the cheek to say they were there, total rubbish. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Arrived at Barcelona airport 1am, nobody to meet us & no From2 reference point. Walked around terminal & spotted a rep who told us to get the free bus to T2 where their main desk is. Gave all the reference numbers to the lady on the desk, we weren't booked on a transfer, told us to get a taxi.€208. Chased travel republic for return to airport details. Got an email at 00:19 on the day we were leaving,advising we would be collected at 05:25 for our 11.40 flight. €200 in a taxi.

I rarely write reviews, but this time I felt I should. We booked a transfer directly from our hotel in Cambrils to Barcelona Airport via Shuttle, which turned out to be operated by From2Travel. After reading the online reviews, we were a bit shocked and worried we might have fallen for a scam.

Thankfully, everything went smoothly. The bus arrived on time, there was plenty of space for our luggage, and the seats offered good legroom. Of course, the trip takes longer than a taxi ride, but considering the lower price, that’s a fair trade-off.

It’s also worth noting that people rarely leave reviews for transfers unless something goes wrong, since it’s not really a “special” experience. That probably explains why the negative reviews stand out so much.

The process of getting from the airport to the bus was very simple and quick but the journey was way too long. The journey from the airport to our hotel was 30 mins, but it took us exactly 4 hours to get to our hotel! The transfer is shared with others so it took them to their hotels, which is fine, but in my opinion there were too many spread out stops. We went the opposite way to our hotel to drop off 2 people! That alone added an hour and a half to our journey. I would suggest to provide transfers that are close to one-another, not drag 15 people along to just drop off 2 people at some random hotel on the outskirts of Barcelona. Because of this we cancelled our return transfer and booked a taxi that took 30 mins!

When we arrived they did not have our details even though I had clearly printed the voucher off. We waited for over 2 hours to get on a bus! And had to make a call that lasted over 30 minutes and I was still on hold. When we got to our hotel our case had gone missing. Eventually they found out where it was and said the only way we could get it back is if we went to their offices even though it was there mistake they would not drop it off. The level of customer service we received was absolutely disgusting!!! Terrible experience and they could not have cared less! Shocking the way our issue was dealt with!

Fabulous airport transfer shuttle service in Barcelona - both there and back. From my experience... warm, friendly, courteous, professional, reliable service from all involved. Thank you so much!

Am Flughafen wurde uns mehrfach zugesichert der Fahrer wäre in 10 bis 20 Minuten da und würde uns zum Hotel bringen. Die Wartezeit wurde immer länger, die Frau die uns die Zeit zugesichert hatte war verschwunden. Nach fast einer Stunde Wartezeit haben wir sie dann endlich aufgefunden. Auf höfliche Nachfrage wie lange es noch dauern würde, wurde sie völlig unsachlich und fing an uns anzumeckern, dass wir uns zu gedulden hätten. Unser Fahrer kam erst nach über einer Stunde Wartezeit.
Beim Tag der Abreise warteten wir auf den Fahrer. Nach 20 Minuten haben wir die gegebene Hotline angerufen und es wurde gesagt, dass wir nicht gefunden wurden, der Fahrer aber angeblich gewartet hätte. Wir standen pünktlich am Ausgangspunkt und waren weit und breit die einzigen mit Koffer, aber kein Fahrer war in Sicht.
Haben uns dann ein Taxi genommen.
Unseren Erfahrungen nach ist dieser Transfer absolut nicht lohnenswert. Taxis warten an jeder Ecke und sind auch nicht teurer. Definitiv die bessere Lösung.

Avoid this service - waited 2hrs in girona airport sitting on a bus with squealing children at 23 00 - the rep said the wait was due to a delayed flight there would be a 45min delay - absolutel joke of a service never ever again

Honnêtement ça m'a engendré bcp de stress ces conneries...
Déjà on vous écrit que vous allez être récupéré par un homme en t-shirt orange, c'est faux. Vous devez vous démmerder et quand vs trouvez enfin "le gars" il est antipathique et vous indique le mauvais endroit (ou se trouve votre chauffeur).
J'ai voulu demander au chauffeur si j'étais bien au bon endroit, il a tourné la tête sans un mot comme si j'étais invisible : du jamais vu. Après 2h30 de bus (sans toilettes), j'arrive enfin à mon hôtel.

Le retour fut pire : après 3h de bus on me dépose au mauvais terminal (T1 alors que mon avion décollait du T2), je le dis au chauffeur et il s'en va.
À Barcelone il faut 20 min de bus entre chaque terminal (il y en a 3). J'ai du prendre un taxi en catastrophe pour avoir mon avion.
Petit point positif pour les nanas de l'assistance qui ont été gentilles au téléphone.
Pour le reste, vraiment, FUYEZ !

Appalling!! Made to wait 2 hours at airport for another flight to land,1.5 of those hours outside the bus in the cold. People had children & babies with them. Bus took 2 hours to get to our hotel in Lloret which is 25mins from airport. Were dropped at 3.20am at the side of the road with no idea of where the hotel was located. Got to our hotel at 3.30am having landed at 11pm at Girona. Booked private transfer for return journey. Do not recommend anyone to use this company for transfers.

we booked this co for airport/cruise port transfers.the services were excellent for ALL 2 TFRANSFERS.DRIVERS WERE ON TIME /their office contacted me prior to each pick up.i found them reliable and very helfulful.they were booked as a part of our cruise holiday package.

AVOID!!!! It took the bus 3 HOURS to get from Girona airport to Lloret de Mar. Absolutely terrible service and it cost us £55 for 2 people. We took public transport on the way back to the airport for far much less money and it was 30min direct bus … You better off taking public transport!

I booked direct with the hotel and it seems they use ask2travel to book flights! Please do not use this company........no communication and no response! Avoid!

Shocking service. It's worth paying that bit extra and booking a private transfer because these guys are awful.
The information provided was non existent, the pick up was late and the journey horrendous.
