Unser Pickup hat gut funktioniert. Wir hatten den Transfer zwischen Girona und Santa Susanna. Auf der Hinfahrt zum Hotel hat der Fahrer darauf geachtet, dass alle im Bus anwesend sind (Ein Flug hatte Verspätung) und der Transfer zurück hat ebenfalls funktioniert. ALLERDINGS kann der Pick up Point leicht abweichen, heißt lieber die Straße im Auge behalten. Unser Bus hielt um die Ecke aber der Fahrer hat mich auch extra angerufen.

We arrived at BCN and went to Santa Sussana by bus. Everything was organized very well. We were dropped off in front of the hotel. Pick up was at the same spot and on time!
Happy I didn't read the review before booking.

I was skeptical with all the bad reviews and nervous, but we couldn't fault this company they dropped us off 3 mins from our hotel the driver picked us up in the airport coming ,gave us instructions for the pick up coming home ,he was right on time dropped us off outside RUES airport we had no trouble ,thankyou great company would recommend and use again 👍 😀

It all depends on which driver you get. My son had a horrific experience and ended up dumped at the side of the road in the dark. My flight was delayed by 2 hours, so I got a different driver and had no issues. It's not worth the risk!! Get a taxi.

Awful company. We were advised at drop off where our pick up location would be, we waited and the bus never arrived. Turned out they went to a different stop, which unfortunately none of the bus stations are named so we couldn't even find it on Google. The lady says there was a map on the link, which there wasn't. The bus left without us. We had to spend 28 euros on a private taxi. Disgusting service. Not a nice way to end a holiday!

AVOID FROM2 AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely disgusting service, I wouldn’t even recommend it to my worst enemy, we’re treated like awful by staff.

The coach driver was rude and arrogant, didnt oversea the unloading of bagge, just sat in his seat opening and closing doors. When it’s his responsibility to oversea the bags incase of a their or last baggage.

Because of this incompetent coach driver our bag with over £1000 worth of items was lost, when we confronted the driver he gave no advice and said to call the company (without even providing a phone number)

We were left stranded at our hotel without any clothing, when we called the company to confront them about the issue, the women refused to be of any help, and blamed us for loosing the bag, saying it’s our responsibility to look after our bag (which is impossible when you sat in the coach with the bags underneath you) the women then refused to give her name, or transfer me to a manager/different employee. Then she said it’s not our problem that your bag got lost, and when I said it’s from2 fault and if not sorted we will take legal action, the women said fvck you and hung up.

This company should be shut down for wrongful practices, rude employees, incompetent coach drivers and overall a awful service with coaches practically falling apart with age.

BEWARE USING THIS COMPANY AS YOUR RISK YOUR WELLBEING AND YOUR LUGGAGE SAFTEY

If I could give o stars I would 😡 avoid this company at all costs 😡 I have never in all my life ever known a transfer company to not drop you outside or pick you up outside your hotel befor it was the worst experience of my life!!!!!!! I was travelling alone with my 3 year old daughter to cap salou everything was fine up until I was told to get off the bus and make my own way to the hotel I was staying at!!!!! Just to add he did not speak any English what so ever and I couldn’t understand a word he said but I had to find my own way to the hotel holding a 3 year olds hand across busy roads and roundabouts also pushing a 20kg suitcase along with her little suitcase and her back pack 😡😡😡😡 we nearly got ran over twice because my daughter couldn’t hold the suitcase anymore and she left it in the middle of the road so I had to push the other to the end of the road and try pick her up and her suitcase 😩😩😩 I had no clue where I was going and walked up so many steep hills and had to go in to 2 hotels to try and ask if they knew where I was but eventually I found the Cala front hotel to then notice it was a little too far to walk all the way around so had to get to my hotel though the beach access again with suitcases bags and a 3 year old just wasn’t good at all I was so angry and scared I just wanted to cry but didn’t want to upset my daughter any more then what she was so then after all this the transfer didn’t pick me up from my hotel it apparently was waiting for me at the same spot he dropped me off 😡😡 so then not to miss my flight had to pay £202€ to get a taxi to Barcelona airport I am so furious with this company and will never be book with on the beach again please guys avoid at all costs 😡😡

Wir wurden einfach nicht abgeholt. Der Bus hat uns vergessen und dem Anbieter war das einfach egal. Kein Buss … kein Flug und somit hohe zusätzliche Urlaubskosten. Ich werde diesen Service nie wieder buchen…

Just back from my holidays and all I can say is everything was just fine. I won't lie after reading all the bad reviews before the holidays made me really worried.
When we arrived at the airport, the representative was waiting for us and directed us exactly were we have to go. The bus driver had all the passengers' names listed. We were given instructions what to do for our return too. The bus driver let us out only a 3 min walk from the hotel , which was fine with us the representative mentioned that. 48h before our return we were given details by our hotel of the pick up point and the time too. There were no delays or hassle.

Had a delay of less than two hours so arrived at Girona airport at 2.15am and was left a board saying the bus had left us all as we were late and to call our flight company to resolve it or wait till 9am the next morning for a new bus if they had space.
After a couple of hours ringing around taxi companies it cost an additional 85Euros to get to our hotel.
Transfere back to the airport when leaving the hotel, appeared to arrive on time, driver did not get out to support with Luggage, when getting on to the bus, little to no English at all. Driver was rude shouting at passengers, not letting people talk on the bus etc. Will definitely not be booking again and will be making a formal complaint, shocking company from start to finish!
And to top it off he nearly hit a couple of cars and a pedestrian when pulling out of bays.

arrived at Girona airport,midnight flight delayed 2hours from Manchester . told to wait for next shuttle 1hr to 2hours . waiting for another flight to come in. i took a taxi .. on return my flight to manchester is 21. 35. their pick up time is 16 35. girona airport is 35 minutes from Tossa de mar, that is 5hours. didn’t bother taking shuttle. complete waste of money. would not recommend this company . will not be booking with them again. refund????????

Sinceramente a differenza di altre recensioni la mia esperienza è stata tutto sommato positiva. Navetta a/r dall’aeroporto di Barcellona a Lloret de mar. All’arrivo seguendo le istruzioni ricevute ho trovato facilmente il banco dell’agenzia in aeroporto e un ragazzo molto gentile mi ha fornito le indicazioni e la navetta è stata puntuale. Al ritorno un po’ più caotico poiché in quella fermata arrivavano tanti pullman Moventis (la ditta fornitrice locale) e abbiamo avuto un momento di difficoltà nel trovare il nostro, anche se avevamo il tracking. Gli autisti non parlavano inglese.

I had my luggage stolen from this transport service going from Girona to my hotel. The customer service from them was shocking and there was no follow up despite making promises.
The coach was dated and no aircon and the driving was very poor from the driver.

Niet op komen dagen tenminste niet op afgesproken tijd...45min gewacht toen taxi genomen naar airport.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Bij aankomst alles vlot verlopen, daar geen opmerkingen.
Voor rit terug naar girona was mij 24u op voorhand een mail beloofd en in oorspronkelijke boeking stond 16u...
De avond ervoor zelf opgebeld en daar kreeg ik te horen dat ik zou worden opgepikt om 14u40 voor een vlucht die om 20u vertrok... persoon aan telefoon niet erg vriendelijk, geen terugbetaling mogelijk, nooit meer!!!

Travelled to Barcelona. Arrived on time. The transfer confirmation provided inaccurate information. The advice was to go to the Tourist Office, look for someone in a bright orange t-shirt . Eventually found the tourist office, they guided me to check-in 98,99. Hey presto their transfer desk. Sadly the bus we were due to catch left without us. Had to wait a further 2 hours to get the transfer.
All due to poor information to guide us. I'm 67, my fellow passengers 74. Absolutely awful

After reading the reviews on here and worrying about my transfer on my way back to the airport as I was travelling alone, I felt I had to leave a review. This company has to be one of the best transfer companies I have used and I travel 5 times yearly. My pick up at the airport was brilliant as they were waiting for me coming through arrivals… private car took me within 5 minutes to my hotel. Return journey, I had to walk 2 mins to the next hotel and I was picked up 10 mins earlier. Fantastic service and courteous drivers. I would not hesitate in using this transfer service again! It’s 5 stars from me.

Door de verkeerde bus opgehaald. Onze naam laten zien op de bevestiging, waarnaast Girona stond.
Met twee rolstoelgebruikers bij een hotel twee plaatsen verderop gedumpt, we moesten daar maar zelf een taxi bellen. Zie maar een snel te krijgen waar ook rolstoelen in kunnen.
Ik vond het al vreselijk klantonvriendelijk dat wij zelf een taxi moesten gaan regelen met bijkomend tijdsverlies. We moesten het bonnetje goed bewaren en indienen bij onze reisorganisatie.
Door de stress en haast hebben wij niet gemerkt dat we niet al onze bagage bij ons hadden. Een koffer is open gegaan. Medische hulpmiddelen, dus wij hebben gevraagd dit na te sturen.
From2 zegt van het incident niets te weten en niets gevonden te hebben. Ze ontkennen gewoon dat dit gebeurd is en willen de taxi niet vergoeden.
Ik kan mijn rolstoel nu maanden niet goed gebruiken en ik mis ook een orthese. Deze is op dit moment ook al niet leverbaar. Onze schade is meer dan €400 euro en de pijn en beperking is nog vele male vervelender.
Transfer tussen Girona en hotel ging ook niet zoals afgesproken binnen een uur na aanspreken persoon in oranje jas van from2travel. We werden "quick as you can" naar de transferbus geleid. Er zouden elk moment nog de laatste passagiers komen dus we mochten niet terug om drinken of eten te kopen. Die kwamen pas na 6 kwartier. We zijn om 21:13u geland na een vertraging en waren pas om 0:02u in ons hotel.
Als ik dan ook alle andere ervaringen zie dan voel ik me er verantwoordelijk voor om mensen te waarschuwen voor dit bedrijf.
Ook het voertuig slecht beheersen/ rijden zoals anderen zeggen kunnen wij beamen (heenweg).

Our journey from the airport to the hotel was absolutely fine and we had no problems.
Coming back to the airport was a bizarre experience.
They weren't picking up from the hotel so we got given a vague area we had to be for pick up but there was no signage for where the coach would be stopping, luckily we spotted it coming so we're able to run across from it!
We were staying in lloret de mar and for some reason everyone in lloret was picked up, then we were driven to tossa de mar for more pick ups. Then we drove back to lloret to go to the airport! Seems strange not just to pick up the people in tossa first rather than having everyone sit on the bus and extra hour for no reason 🤦‍♀️
All in all just didn't seem very organised or thought through.
