Sent my xbox series x in for a new hdmi port excellent service console was picked up from my home and then sent back in record time its working great big thank you to console portal will differently use your service again.

Repairs carried out within time frame advised and returned within a few days fully working.

Hey! I’ve used this company for repairs twice now, and they’re super helpful and understanding. So, I was gaming on my PlayStation 5 when it suddenly started acting up. But the friendly rep I talked to promised to figure it out and get back to me quickly. And guess what? The next day, a courier picked up my console! They even let me know the repair was done and my console was back with me. This company is my go-to for repairs. They have amazing customer service, super-fast repairs, and always keep their promises. I can’t recommend them enough! Five stars all the way!

Amazing experience. Got in touch with Steve and quickly arranged a pickup for my ps5. Once received Steve then rung me to let me know they have received the item and once the console was fixed they rung again to let me know. Amazing experience and great communication. Excellent customer service from booking the repair to return of my CBox series X for a replacement if the HDMI port. Would definitely use them again in the future as they made the whole experience very easy.

What a great experience. I took my Grandson's limited edition Switch to a well known shop who sent it away but charged me £30 to have the diagnostics done. Two weeks later I enquired about it and was told it was unrepairable. I looked online and saw the reviews for Console Portal. Lovely man, told me it could probably be fixed in two days. I was contacted the same day to say it was fixed and ready to pick up. A very resonable price. I have a very happy and releived Grandson

Highly recommend this company. I had an issue just before Xmas with ps5 and found them online. Best prices for repairs and throughout the process there customer service has been outstanding. Communicating every step of the way and even the owner making contact outside opening hours to get my ps5 sent to them in a swift manner. Considering a busy festive period they had my console fixed and returned in less than a week.
