Non delivery
I ordered a Acrow prop on line because delivery in 1 to 2 days was promised. That was last Wednesday
and it has not been delivered so I have cancelled the order and sourced a prop locally

Ordering online was very easy
Ordering online was very easy, straight forward. When we arrived to pick up the products the procedure was quick, the staff were very helpful and polite. There is just one point I would raise, I found it quite difficult to get through on the phone number that is on the website.

If you ever have any issues in future please email me and arrange a call back and I will get in touch asap. We have recently had an issue with our telephone system that has since been resolved. Great Service
Ordered 4 size 1 acrows and was expecting a 5 day delivery but I was emailed on the day that I ordered them to say that the acrows have been put on a next day delivery. Acrows arrived in great condition. Great service.
