Placed an order over 3 weeks ago and haven't received my goods, nor am I going to. If you call 020 4505 4006, you will realise why.

Scam - never received lenses and no response to emails

I paid for the 1 business day delivery - this was on July 6th. It is now July 13th. I have emails several times and had no response. Went back to using lens store as they actually delivery once you have paid unlike this lot who take your money and don’t deliver. Currently asking for a refund - but I Ho know what will happened there!

Scam - never received my contacts or any correspondence to my emails! As everyone else is saying, don’t fall for the cheap price! 😡

Haven’t delivered in 3 weeks (quote is 5-8 business days). I’ve emailed about this but all I’ve had is an automated message. Won’t be using them again.

Edit: I rang their customer services. It is a scam. The automated message explicitly says “we have f-d you”.
Reported to google to get them out of their rankings, National Cyber Security Centre and the scam line of citizens advice. Hopefully it stops the traffic to the site.

Scam avoid at all cost never arrived no response thievs

It has been 3 weeks since my order 20th June and still not arrived and no response to my emails. I would greatly appreciate some communication

Am very disappointed with the service provided by Contact Lens Direct.
They have failed to both deliver my items and respond to two emails I've sent. I am £14 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I won't be using them again, or recommending them.

Reference Amy, I experienced exactly the same. DO NOT BUY from this website, it is a scam. I have also reported the website.

Never heard from them after making my payment and have not received my goods....

SCAM DO NOT BUY ....it looks legit as it's via shopify, but the website will not send your products and there is a very rude message on their telephone line saying it's a scam

This is a scam company. Avoid

SCAM… AVOID… Do not part with your hard earned cash as you lenses will never arrive. I learned the hard way, as have a number of others by the look of these reviews

Never received my order, absolutely fuming needed them for Eid now I’m sat at the window waiting for my new lenses they don’t respond to any email I hope whoever has my money falls down the stairs on the way to scam more people at work
