attention, they cheat, send nothing

Please DO NOT use this website to order anything. It is a SCAM. They take your money and don’t send anything, they don’t reply to email and they have a vile message that plays when you call them. REPORT THEM so this website can be SHUT DOWN.

This site only deals in robbery. Should be closed down and the individual(s) arrested. Don’t know how it still allowed to trade. Abusive message on their phone.

Didn’t get contact lenses and also had no replies from customer services for over three weeks now. Useless and robbed me

This is a horrendous, bogus company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will take your money & send nothing. If you call their customer service line you hear an utterly offensive recorded message confirming that they have scammed you. I have reported them to actionfraud and my bank.

This is horrendous! I placed an order of nearly £100 two months ago! I’ve emailed about 6 times and no one will contact me and I still haven’t received anything.
I never ever buy anything online without checking the reviews that was the first time I ordered and completely forgot to check.
So gutted.
It’s bad enough that we have to pay to be able to see and companies like this are out there making a living out of quite literally robbing people in broad daylight.

If anyone had absolutely any idea of what else I can do to get my money back or had anyone successfully complained about this company to the authorities?

Total scam company. 10 days still waiting and said good bye to my money.. Automated reply by email with 2 spelling mistakes.! I should have known then.
Rung the number on replied email to be told in automated response
' no lenses you mother.f.....
And more.utter disgusting.
Reporting to bank and police to see if i can get my money back but doubt it.
Thought it was too good to be true. Wish id check trust pilot first.

Annoyed I didn't check Trust Pilot before ordering, but at least I didn't order as many as usual! Scam website, needs to be shut down.

This is a scam website operated by Distribution Point Limited, which is still trading from a virtual address in London.
The only Director is a Mr Haseeb Hussain who also has business interests in the Derby area.
Please report to Action Fraud if you have been scammed - that way you will at least help other people not get scammed.
World Pay processed the transaction on behalf of the fraudsters but will not help recover the stolen money. DO NOT USE WORLD PAY!

Scam site - takes payments through WorldPay and doesn't send the product. Emails to their customer service inbox return an automated reply - calling the phone number provided leads to a rude and explicit message confirming the scam.
If you have sent money to this site, contact your bank to reverse the charges, and contact ActionFraud with details.
