Total scam, didn’t know why they bother as most people pay with PayPal or credit cards and you can just claim it back, just frustrating when you are waiting for lenses that will never arrive!!

It had been about three week from I paid for the contact lenses this website but I still haven't gotten them， so I tried to call the number which appeared in the previous auto- replied email（Yes I have emailed them to ask the delivery but no live agent answered my email），the telephone was answered by an electronic sound that contains so much bad language and dirty words，unexpectedly the voice in the call admitted they are doing cheat money and they even feel pride of it. I have to say this is the most “fantastic”thing I ve ever met during online shopping. Although I got my money back after reported it to the bank，the fraud still at large.

This is a scam website. I lost money to it but informed the bank who hopefully should be able to recoup it back for me. Hope they catch the cowards behind this.

Also been scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Pretty sure they have also sold my email details as receiving loads of spam emails into my inbox 🖕🖕🖕

SCAM!! Paid for items and did not receive them. Thank god i paid with credit card. Emailed them and get no reply!

Scam site. Haven't received goods or refund, have emailed them to only to receive a generic reply with a phone number that if you call it basically admits you've been scammed but not very politely! 020 4505 4006. Why this company is not being investigated I'll never know!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE OR COMPANY!!!!!

Still waiting for any kind of contact from them. Paid for 2 day delivery and its now been 2 weeks. No info on SHOP for tracking. Appalling company. Starting to think they're a scam outfit.

As with everyone else, I believe this is a SCAM website. The 5* reviews are either fake, or they have got it mixed up with contactlenses-direct.co.uk. This SCAM one is .com!

It’s a scam. I’ve got my money back and reported them to the Police. Didn’t get contacts and rang a number on their customer service email which said ‘we’ve f**cked you, there’s no contacts’ etc etc. No idea how this hasn’t been shut down yet!

Ordered on 24th May, never received. The tracking still says 'sent to royal mail' but nothing since. I've tried to contact the company (only email address provided) but had no response.

I have called my bank and requested a charge back which they are now pursuing.

If you have been scammed by this company I would highly recommend contacting your bank/credit card issuer to request a charge back.

Like every one else I have been scammed by this Website. I thought id be able to get my money back as I paid through Klarna but they have been most unhelpful and claim that thier Websites are verified and they have had no other complains about this!!!

Ordered £121 worth of contacts. Paid for express delivery. No contacts despite several emails. No contacts. Finally on one of their auto sent email there was fax number 020 4505 4006 which confirms they are not selling contacts and that it was a scam!!!

Paid for 1 day delivery , a week later still no lenses

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This is a scam and I have reported to Trading Standards. If you call the number at the bottom of their automated customer services email, the message confirms that they have scammed you.

Made the same mistake as so many others by not checking this company first! Items clearly not being sent, the voicemail has an abusive message on it. My advice is to call your bank (I paid via debit and been told they have to wait 30 days before attempting anything further) or if you’ve paid via klarna or PayPal it might be easier to get it back via dispute through them! Disgusting company!!!

It’s a fraud. I have reported this website at the police. Never order from them it’s a SCAM
