This company, I have just been scammed big time

No order arrived yet!!

SCAM!! Never received my lenses and they do not respond to emails. Do not use them.

I still haven't received my item and I email twice with no response and there's no way to track my item

Scam, Avoid at all cost. Police should really look into this. Just listen to the voicemail on the contact number 02045054006. It's appalling, basically telling us we got scammed. The parent company is Distribution Point Limited and the owner is a guy named Hasseeb Hussain. Hopefully, the police will do something.

Never received contact lenses. 4 times of contacting customer service and no response. Plus I paid for express delivery. Not happy, avoid buying from here.

Thankfully i used KLARNA so they didn’t take any money from me however this company is a SCAM AND DOESNT EXIST DO NOT

I initially thought that there were problems with my delivery so i tried to contact them through email multiple times but had no response. Therefore I tried calling as i’ve spent nearly £200 on contact lenses so I urgently needed to know where my delivery is. I called the number that was on their email and I was astonished by their voicemail. It said the following “there is no such thing as contact lenses direct, you got fu****g scammed…” IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY DO NOT USE.

Order placed 7 days ago and it hasn’t even been despatched yet. Email sent yet to receive a response

I ordered lenses over a month ago and have had nothing, no one has responded to emails and this is an absolute scam.

Still haven’t rechecked a reply to my numerous emails, still haven’t received my lenses or had an update or reply to my concern over this.
I think this site is a scam and to avoid at all costs.
I have asked for a refund but again no reply to this.
Avoid this site! Do not be drawn in by the prices.

Shame I had to give one star to be able to review as it would definitely be a minus if I had the chance. Same as most I can see on here. Ordered £60 worth of lenses with 1 business day delivery. Expected them Monday as I ordered late Thursday. Nothing had arrived so I emailed and I got an automated reply which included a contact number. Unfortunately that went to an answerphone which was full so wouldn’t accept new messages. Have reported to my bank so hope I can be refunded.

Wish I had read the reviews first ! I ordered a month ago and had no response to my emails , I am now having to claim through my bank as a chargeback on my Mastercard
Will never ever use and am going to try and shame them on social media - what a scam !

Absolute scam! Over a month and still no order! Called their contact number snd voicmail messages says “going to ***k you up”! Avoid at all costs!!

Scam website do not order - will get a chargeback

Worst company ever !!! Made my order on 10.6.22 still no order. Would never use them again. I went to another company and I got my order then next day.

I payed for rushed delivery and it’s still not shown up 5 days later. I’ve emailed numerous times and still no reply. Do not recommend.

Having ordered contact lenses from this company a couple of months ago - at half the high street price - I decided to order some daily lenses. The money was taken from my card straight away but a month and over later I am still waiting for my contact lenses to arrive.
Despite frequent emails I have received no response and now y email address is 'not recognised' despite them still sending me daily emails!!! Don't use this company.
I have tried calling them EVERY DAY since the beg of June and get the usual 'leave a message' response but they never reply to calls.
I won't use again - there are more conscientious contact lens suppliers out there - STEER CLEAR!

Doesn't deserve any stars at all. Take your money and don't provide the goods! Absolute joke.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Thieves who take your money and deliver no goods.....despite numerous attempts to contact them. Thankfully I got my money back through my bank.
