I brought a defective Wok from this irresponsible company while they are not willing to communicate with me before the end of the return date. They’ve approved my return request and the return policy states the return postage is covered by the seller so I’ve returned the defective wok asap with track. But they suddenly replied and claimed that wasn’t their intention to let me return the defective wok and rejected to refund nether the product or returned postage!
How ridiculous and irresponsible of this company!

I bought a very nice knife. The website was clear and easy to use. Communication from the seller was clear, and provided the right amount of information. I knew where my item was at each stage of the delivery. My knife was packaged sensibly, and was rapidly dispatched. This was a good buying experience!

Excellent and very handy little vegetable chopper. Very easy to charge and use, clean. Just follow the instructions as size of each portion to be chopped. Item arrived fairly quickly and even got a nice little extra item. Would 100 percent recommend

I actually used this company during COVID so a long time ago, but wanted to put this here. I ordered a Dutch oven (sourdough craze) and a few other items. When I got the order, I saw the lid of the Dutch oven was cracked and the order was also missing a tagine, and in its place there was a crystal glass decanter. I emailed the company and straight away without any hassle at all, they sent me a replacement Dutch oven and the tagine, and I kept the decanter and the second Dutch oven. I was really impressed with the hassle free way that the issue was dealt with and will order from them again in future definitely

Delivered the next working day. When received 2 pieces of the crockery were broken due to transport. After contact with the customer support they have send new ones.
