Pig hair and too much flavouring!
Love cool hog! Been a regular. So far best thing in pork snacks out there. Only 2* because of pig hair constantly appearing on the bigger bites 🤦🏼♂️ so that my daughter refuses to even look at the jar. Please sort this out and use half the spices for your bbq jars, less is better in this case.

Great products and Staff
Purchased some OG scratchings and when they arrived they were very bitty (tasted amazing tho), I gave feedback and the company bent over backwards to make it right. Super quick responses to emails and very friendly.
This is a small business and as a company owner myself I must praise them on how they handle customers.
The products are great and I think the OG or the Salt and Vinegar ones are my favourites :)

I’ve always enjoyed a good pork scratching
I’ve always enjoyed a good pork scratching and sadly over the past few years the standard of pork scratchings for sale in supermarkets has got worse and worse to the point where they are now disgusting. Then, purely by chance, I saw an advertisement for Cool Hog, realised they are fairly close to where I live and decided to try them. Wow, they are amazing! I first tried the standard flavour, then maple and I’m now working my way through a bag of curry flavour they are all delicious. Before discovering Cool Hog I thought my days of enjoying scratchings had gone and I’m so pleased to have found this new delight. I have told all my fellow scratching lovers about them and they’re all going to try them as well. I would absolutely recommend Cool Hog scratchings to try for anyone who enjoys a top scratching.

Great scratchings, but the jars only contain tiny chunks
I absolutely love Cool Hog's scratchings. I love that some of the bites have a mixture of softer and harder textures, and the triple seasoning is a must - it really does taste incredible.
Why 3 stars, then? My first order was 500G bags and I had a great mixture of large chunks and smaller bites. Awesome. My recent order was 2 x 1KG jars and they've left me disappointed. Maybe they use different batches for the jars but it's not the same... The seasoning hasn't been as intense. One jar contained more than the other. And both jars are filled with only tiny little chunks of scratchings - there isn't a single large or even medium sized chunk... It's all tiny little chunks and that's hugely disappointing. I think next time I'll be returning to the bags... I WANT BIG CHUNKS!

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback.
I’m really sorry to hear the 1KG jars haven’t matched your expectations this time around. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have, especially after enjoying your first order so much.
Just to note, the sizes of scratchings can naturally vary from batch to batch, but we do understand your disappointment if this felt too inconsistent compared to your previous order.
We’d really like to look into this further for you, so please could you email us at info@coolhog.co.uk and the team will be happy to help.
We really appreciate your support and honest feedback.

Excellent quality and flavours
Excellent quality and flavours, l have tried most of the flavours but my personal favourite are the bacon and the original I would only purchase my pork scratchings from cool hog as no other company can beat the flavourings, or how fast the delivery services is with them. I look forward to purchasing more again soon.

Not much flavour
I can only speak on behalf of my recent web order all other times when purchased from the store they have been sound, but the flavour of the H&M wasn't very strong and the scratching's were quite bitty i will continue to use but on this occasion no that impressed!
